Comments

  1. I am considering joining Sams especially with Rainbow and double coupons going away and my husband does not like Aldi. How do the grocery prices compare to Cub and Walmart? Another advantage that I see is gas which always seems cheaper. Any words of advice since I have not shopped at Sam’s?

I have had both costco and Sams club memberships. Both of these stores prices are alot higher than Aldi.

  3. This is done.

  4. Hi Carrie,

I just bought this deal from zulily. Once I reached Sams with my voucher which starts with ZULP***** I was clueless on how to use it. The supervisor at sams was puzzled too as he could not locate the way to use that voucher to get actual membership number. So if you have any more information on this can you please share?
    Thank you
    -M

    • Hi Mandar. Question: Did you try to redeem your voucher yesterday? Today is actually the first day you can redeem it.

      • Hey Emmy,

Thank you so much for letting me know this part. I overlooked that yesterday and now I need to apologize to their customer care. I feel bad :| I dint say anything bad but it was my mistake while I was blaming them. Ah me..
Anyway. I will go there today and let you know the result.
        thank you once again
        -Mandar

  5. yepp. lesson learned :) Thanx Emmy have a great day.

  6. I had a Sam’s membership that has expired! Can I purchase this deal?

    • This what I found on another blog. Hope it helps:
“I just got off the phone with Zulily. The customer service person was super friendly. She placed me on hold to ask the support team and they said the terms do not state anything about an expired membership (which is my current situation), so I should qualify for this offer. She mentioned that if I go to redeem my voucher and they refuse to accept it, I should call Zulily and they will explain to Sam’s that their terms do not state than an expired member cannot sign up for this offer and that they must give me the deal.”

  7. Flannel Guy says:

If you work/live near a Sam’s/Costco there are two compelling reasons to join:

    1) Gas is routinely 10-15cents cheaper than anywhere else.

    2) Cheap lunch….If you like Pizza, Hot Dog/Polish, Pop, and soft-serve ice cream, you will never spend more that $4 on a decent lunch.

DON’T join if it’s not close to work/home or if you’re on a diet.
