Use our Rainbow Foods coupon matchups to get great deals this week when you shop regular Double Daze on Wednesday and Saturday.

If you are new to shopping Double Daze, be sure to read the Rainbow Foods coupon policy before you get started to understand all the restrictions of their double coupon promotion.

Two things to remember about these Rainbow Foods coupon matchups. First, it does not include every sale-priced item that has a coupon. It only has those items whose final price is low enough for us to mention it. Second, it is a starting list: as we learn of more deals whose final price is low enough, we will update this list. Items that are added throughout the week will be noted as NEW. Items whose final price changes as a result of a new or modified coupon scenario will be noted as UPDATED. At least once this week we will send out a reminder to come back and check this list for the hottest new deals.

for the double coupon days. you have to buy $25 worth of products to get the double coupon deal, i was wondering is it before or after the coupon deduction?

    • Mary says

Each store or cashier can vary, but generally I have found that the $25 threshold is before coupons are deducted and it is based on the shelf price of the products not the sale price.

For example, the buy one get one free sale, (like the Lloyds BBQ this week at 2/$5.79) both items you buy count to the $25. So for Llyods, buying 2 would count as $11.58 towards the $25, but because it is a BOGO this week, the register will only say $5.79.

thanks for the info. and for the buy one get one free. i can still use a coupon for these items right? like for the lloyds bbq, if i had a coupon for 1 dollar off i can get it for 4.78 insetad of 5.79 and still get one free right?

        • Mary says

Coupons for BOGO at Rainbow can be a little tricky. Rainbow does not allow a coupon on a “free” item on a BOGO deal. So if your coupon is for 1 item, like a $1/1 then you an use it on buying 2 Llyods. You will get 1 free from the Rainbow BOGO and use the $1/1 coupon on Lloyds you are paying for.

If you coupon is $1/2 then you will need to get 4 Llyods, you will get 2 free from the Rainbow BOGO, and then use the $1/2 for the 2 Llyods you are buying.

          Hope this helps!

can you double coupons on any day of the week as long as you spend $25? for the double daze – you can use 10 coupons instead of 5 to get double?

The 10 pork chops for $10 is definitely not a good deal! All packages are 2.19 pounds/35 ounces. That’s some expensive pork!

  3. Amber says

I’m new to all of this and have a question about Rainbow’s coupon doubling policy. Their policy appears to read that they will only double 5 coupons TOTAL? Does that mean if I have 5 coupons for one item, that is the only item I can buy that will be doubled?

    • Drew says

Yes, 5 doubles per order. You can do multiple transactions to spread out your doubles.
Specific deals/coupons sometimes have additional limits on the nubmer of identical coupons that can be used.

    • Kris L says

One coupon per item. You can only use 5 coupons per transaction. If you want to double more coupons, you will need to split your order into multiple transactions, remembering that each transaction must equal $25 before coupons.

“L’Oreal Excellence or Preference Hair Color $6.98 Use: $2/1 L’Oreal Preference Hair Color printable”. The Toolbox says there is a $2/1 Q L’Oreal Haircolor Product in RP 01/05/14 which would include Excellence Crème. (love that toolbox!)

General Mills cereal for $1.88, does not include the Original Cheerios @ least at the Coon Rapids Rainbow. So use the coupon from the booklet $1.98 each, limit 3 (must buy 3 boxes).

Also note worthy, they are no longer accepting Gift Card purchases to reach your $25 thresh hold. I tried buying a BP gas card and my coupons wouldn’t double.

    Happy Couponing.

Anyone know which cereals are included? When I went on Saturday with the $1.98 cereals they were not at all clearly marked. I made 3 trips to cashier to do price checks for me. I finally asked person in customer service to show me which kinds were included cuz poor signage made it almost impossible to tell. I rarely have this problem at my location so I was very frustrated.

Savingstar has a new freebie Friday, thks Friday it is Barilla whole grain pasta and there is also 20% back coupon for open stock fresh apples. Last week I did the 20% back deal on fresh cucumbers and the freebie last week was a can of tuna.
