DirecTV for $24.99/Month + Free DirecTV Sunday Ticket and $70 Cash Back Option (Exp 11/26)

This deal has expired and may no longer be valid.

DirecTV is offering the lowest monthly rate we’ve ever seen ($24.99/month) through Tuesday, 11/26, plus you get a bunch of cool freebies like DirecTV Sunday Ticket and more.

When you sign a 2-year service agreement for the Entertainment Package or above (new members only), you’ll get:

If you select the Entertainment Package, you’ll pay $24.99/month for the first 12 months of service and $54.99/month for the final 12 months of service.

Of course, there is some fine print. Additional and advanced receiver fees apply so your final bill won’t really be $24.99/month, plus you’ll have to factor in taxes, etc. There is a minimum 2-room setup required, as well, and you must use auto bill pay and opt for paperless billing.

And of course, keep in mind that your bill will jump up by $30/month for the second year of service (unfortunately, there’s really no way around that). When you average the two, you’re really paying $39.99/month for 2 years.

$70 Cash Back $50 Cash Back with PYD Rewards

If you’re a Pocket Your Dollars Rewards member, this deal gets even better: make sure you’re signed in to your account (it’s free!), then click through the links on this page to complete your order online. Once you do, you’ll get $70 cash back $50 cash back in your PYD Rewards account after being an active DirecTV member for 30 days (we just up’ed the cash back from $50 to $70). You could look at it like getting almost three months two months of free service. :)

I’ll admit that the words “frugal” and “satellite television” don’t usually go together, but if it’s important to you and you’ve been looking for a deal on satellite television, this is a great way to save.

Your turn: If you’ve been thinking about DirecTV, is this enough of a deal to get you to make the switch?

  1. Just signed up for DirectTV at the beginning of the month, would I still be eligible for the $50 cash back?
