I l-o-v-e fall and wish it would last longer than the two weeks or so we get here in Minnesota between summer and winter (I kid, I kid). Cooler weather = comfort food, am I right?

Speaking from personal experience: I subscribe to the eMeals Aldi Classic Plan for 2. It’s enough to feed me and my husband and our children (we have a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old as well as a 4-month-old who obviously doesn’t eat with us).
I don’t follow every recipe to a T and we skip some recipes, but it’s nice to mix up our dinner routine with new ideas and we’ve found some real winners. Plus, I just love having everything planned for me! Tonight we’re having Cilantro Lime Chicken from the crockpot – yum!
