CVS Shopping List 3/3 – 3/9/13

This deal has expired and may no longer be valid.

If you’re new to CVS, your first step is to learn the ins and outs of the Extra Bucks program and learn how to read this shopping list. For those who use reusable bags, you may want to buy a green bag tag.

And if you regularly purchase beauty products at CVS, I recommend enrolling in the CVS Extra Care Beauty Club, which is free to join. As a member, you will receive $3 Extra Bucks on your birthday in addition to other opportunities for free Extra Bucks. Read this post to find out more.

Remember that this is a starting list of deals for the week. We will update this list as readers leave comments with bargains they found at their local store, we get emails with deal ideas or we read about other deals across the blogosphere. Items that are added throughout the week will be noted as NEW. Items whose final price changes as a result of a new or modified coupon scenario will be noted as UPDATED. At least once this week we will send out a reminder to come back and check this list for the hottest new deals.

Your turn: What other deals did you find this week at CVS?

Anyone else having trouble with the Pantene promotion? My CVS isn't giving out the Extra Care Bucks as noted in the matchup this week.

    • JoAnna

Did you purchase Pantene Expert items or regular Pantene hair care? If it was the Expert line then you should be good to go. Go back to the store with your receipt and the ad and ask to speak to the manager.

  • Brock

I don't see the Softsoap body wash coupon.

  • mary

Jill – I think you should be able to do that. Those coupons were printing for some people last week (not this week). Right?

  • Jill Pearson

I don't see the coupons in my stack, So I waas hoping they were this week. Of coarse I didnt make it but once to cvs with all the sicknesses, apts and everything else. So maybe I'll get some this week. missed out on some awesome deals last week w/ 20% :(

Last week I got a $4 off any facial care purchase $10 or more. Does anyone know of any good deals that this could go with? Or know what all facial care means?

  • Sue Ann

Can you use the B1G1 Pantene coupon from the March P&G insert for the spend $30 Pantene deal? Thank you in advance.

    • mary

I believe the coupon you're talking about was from a special insert in the 2/17 newspaper. I added it to the list. It says the value of the free item can't exceed $4.99, so if it costs more than that it won't be totally free.

  • EC

That could go well with the new Biore BOGO q in this Sunday's paper.

  • EC

Does anyone know if $16 for a 3pack of Oral-B refills is a good deal? I snagged a great deal on a handle in November, and need some refills. (That's how they get you, isn't it?!) TIA

  • Paige

I got a coupon from the CVS coupon machine last week. Its for $4 off a facial care purchase of $10 or more. Does anyone know of any good deals to combine this with? OR what would be considered facial care?

  • Grace

Does anyone know where can I find the Physician's Formula skin care? I shop the Woodbury CVS on Tamarack and could only find an endcap with cosmetics, no skin care. I didn't see any products priced at $19.99 and no BOGO coupons in sight…

  • AsUntoTheLord

I noticed a Target coupon being included in the list above. Is this an official change in coupon acceptance, or varries by store?

  • stacey

is the physicians formula deal regional? Or does it just apply to the skin care? I just bought 20+ in nail polish and did not receive the 15 extra bucks

    • mary

Stacey – It's on skin care products, so I don't think nail polish would qualify. You can always take it back for a refund and get the correct items next time you shop there.

Just an error. Thanks for pointing it out! (and sorry for the belated response)
