What papers had the Menards Bag? I get the Star Tribune and St. Paul and it wasn't in both. Any local papers?
It was in both papers for me.
I got it in the Star Tribune, too. (I don't get the Pioneer Press.)
I agree that it isn't in all papers. I get the Star Tribune as did one of my co-workers who gets the Star Tribune. But my neighbor who gets the Pioneer Press and a co-worker who get the Pioneer Press did not get them.
Can you request them in-store?
The West St Paul store said no they are not allowed to give the discount without the bag and they do not have any extra bags.

I got the 20% off bag in the pioneer press paper that was delivered to my house, but the pioneer press that I bought in the store did not have it.
on the bag itself, in small print says it is not available in stores. I found it in my local papers.
Both of my papers had the brown bag. If you didn't get it then call the paper,, they need to know when you don't get the whole thing. I have called and they have sent out an entire ad section. Sometimes I get 5 of a certain ad in my paper, I am sure that is what happened with your bags.
