    I ordered a banner and there was some kind of glitch so I ordered it again, the first order "glitch" seemed to me that the order didn't get placed. Then about an hour later, I got 2 emails confirming my 1st and 2nd order. I emailed them to cancel one of the orders, I certainly do not need 2 of the same banners! They didn't email me back so after two emails, one in the morning and one at 2:38 in the afternoon, I called them at 4:10. The wait time on the phone was less than 20 seconds and the man I spoke to was very helpful! He took care of cancelling the double order AND he offered me free grommets on the one I was keeping, that was way beyond what I expected! So far I am pleased with the customer service on the phone! I am excited to see what the banner looks like. I did a "generic" female Happy Birthday one since I figure I can use it for our 2 daughters and also for any other females in the extended family and maybe even for friends!     Oh, my….my FREE banner that I ordered this past spring was just beautiful!! It was for my daughters HS Graduation p arty. I uploaded a grad. pic of her for the banner. Turned out perfectly! Had people sign it at the Open House. I just told her the other day that it's about time to take it down, as it's been hangin' in our kitchen for over 3 months. ;)

    I think I may go for a generic Birthday one too or a nice banner for our Church for community events.

      I realized that I'd forgotten to remind everyone about it earlier today and so I asked Build A Sign if they'd be gracious with me and extend it. They did! They are a really good company. Random thing – they got a shout out in Entrepreneur magazine a few months back. Anyone besides me remember that?

    I did the same thing as Kid, decided to order based on Carrie's recommendation and I also told that to the man I spoke to at BuildASign last week. I've passed this offer to a school administrator I know and also to some friends. Now I'm thinking it would be fun to come up with ideas for another banner, if they do this again in the future. Maybe with a holiday theme or Garage Sale – since we seem to do one every year. My husband made some great wood signs with steel posts for putting them in the ground but a matching sign for the front of the garage would really be a nice touch, don't you think?!     We took advantage of this when it was last offered and I have to tell you I LOVED our banners! We bought one for our son's HS grad party and one to use every year for our neighborhood block party! These are SUPER durable and really great looking!!
