Your turn: How much do you pay for downtown Minneapolis ramp parking? Are you a carpooler?
Free Theatre Tickets: Sea Marks
Today, 3/28, only, Goldstar is offering free tickets to some performances of Sea Marks, a “charming romance with a Celtic bent,” at the Gremlin Theatre in Minneapolis. The tickets are a $20 value. As of this writing, there are six performances with free tickets remaining.
$20/Month Parking Ramps Downtown Minneapolis for Carpoolers
Those who carpool to downtown Minneapolis may be eligible for an incredible deal – parking in a ramp for just $20 per month. ABC Ramps runs three ramps in downtown Minneapolis where many carpoolers can get this deal. You can park different cars in the space throughout the month, and even children count as carpoolers if you take them to school or daycare downtown. This is an excellent deal, as by carpooling you can already save on gas and now you can save on parking (a ramp spot downtown that doesn’t require carpooling can cost $140 or more per month!).
Easter Egg Hunts
The bunny must be busy – the Twin Cities has no shortage of Easter Egg hunts coming up, including the famous Valley Creek Church hunt at the Washington County Fairgrounds, where eggs are dropped by helicopter. Apparently last year’s event attracted huge crowds, so this year they are asking families to pre-register for the event.
Free Paper Shredding at Cub Foods, Office Depot
Between tax time and spring cleaning, you might have some paperwork to chuck. On 3/31, Cub Foods locations in Arden Hills, Champlin, Chanhassen, Eagan East, Fridley and White Bear Lake will be having a shredding event. Up to two bags will be shredded per person with the donation of a non-perishable food item. Alternately, Office Depot locations will take up to 5 pounds of paper and shred it for free through 4/16. (Thanks, Deal Spotter!)
