Both the Costco nor the Sam’s samples must be out. The Costco link says the “Product is no longer available” and the Sam’s page loads but when you click on the sample link it directs you to a 3rd party sampling site which says “page not found”.
On another note, I signed up for Beech Nut “Welcome Kit” a couple of months ago, I received a coupon for a free product and then started receiving their newsletter.
