I just want to offer some feedback here. I ordered a number of items with this promotion and the experience has not been great. One item I ordered was out of stock (at least they gave me my money back, actually they hadn’t even charged me yet, they just reduced it) They are the slowest online store I have ever used! I made purchases on 12/5 and only one thing has been sent to me, which was oddly a personalized gift. All the other items I ordered shipped on 12/13! The email I received to confirm the shipping stated to allow two weeks for standard shipping (that would be the free shipping that goes with the promo) So, it’s possible I won’t get my stuff before Christmas and I am not happy. I really don’t understand why it would take so long to charge my order and ship items that aren’t even personalized and are obviously seasonal. Current I think should have communicated better and given me the option to cancel my order. They also aren’t very clear about their return policy on their website. I really should have checked that before ordering anything, lesson learned!
Melinda – Sorry you have had a poor experience :( Their website says that products should arrive within 10-14 business days after ordering. For you, assuming they don’t count 12/5, that means you should get your order sometime next week, but by 12/23 at the latest. That may still be later than what you need and that’s too bad. Do you have a tracking number for your order so you can see when it’s slated to arrive?
I did notice their return policy and you can get a refund, “Since 1950 we’ve offered this unconditional guarantee: You must be totally delighted with our products and service, or we’ll promptly replace your order or refund your money. Please don’t return any products until you receive instructions from a Customer Service Representative. For instructions, please contact us through email or call 1-877-665-4458 within 30 days of receipt of your order.”
I got my order yesterday but they didn’t include two things (wrapping paper), but it was listed on the slip as being in the package. I called them and they said they will ship it Thursday. I liked the products and the deal but I’m not so happy about the process ;)
