Wow! Walmart.com and select Walmart stores have a 1,600-piece Lego set for $39 (it was $30 on Black Friday, but quickly sold out). You can ship it to a local store free of charge or pay $0.97 to ship it to your house.
I couldn’t find a set this large on Amazon, but did see that a 704-piece set on Amazon, which is less than half the size, for $49.98. If you took Amazon’s per-piece price and applied it to a 1,600-piece set you would pay $113.60. Yep, that confirms that this 1,600-piece set is a great price, even if it’s a few dollars more than what we saw last week.
