This list contains any week-long deals (if advertised) and on-going deals at Walmart matched up with coupons from the Sunday paper, All You magazine, and online printable coupons. Please note: Walmart prices vary (often greatly) from store-to-store and region-to-region so some of what is included in the on-going deals may not reflect the prices in your store.
In addition to these great deals at Walmart, don’t forget to price match. Your Walmart will even match the advertised price for generics, as long as its Great Value item is the exact same size and quantity. Before you do your first coupon trip to Walmart, check out their corporate coupon policy.
Your turn: What other deals did you find at Walmart this week?
Thanks to Passion for Savings for starting a list of deals. Pocket Your Dollars is part of BeCentsable’s Grocery Gathering, a compilation of shopping lists for stores nationwide. If you want a shopping list for a store not covered by Pocket Your Dollars, then check out the Grocery Gathering.

Can you tell what Walmart you are pricing the Apple & Eve juice boxes? At the ER walmart they are $2.98.
Cheryl, There are a lot of these prices that are showing much lower than prices in GA where I live and our Walmart didn’t carry some of the items at all. Carrie-Thanks for compiling this list. It was helpful in quite a few areas despite the regional differences!
I went to maple grove walmart last night…and couldn’t find the john frieda hair stuff on sale, i looked and looked…is it advertised?
I did not receive an ad in my Sunday paper but found it in the online ad for $4.97.

Thanks JoAnna…I will have to double check my ad but I’ll make sure to print this off and bring it with me :)
Elizabeth – It was in a special Walmart Beauty insert in the paper on Sunday; the insert had manufacturer’s coupons on the back page.
Tucks Take Along Wipes $2.78
Buy 2 and use $5/2 Tucks Take Along Wipes printable
Final price: $0.28 each after coupon
The IP excludes Tucks Take Along Wipes :(
Thanks for the update, May.
Thanks, May!
I didn’t get a Walmart AD in my star tribune and pioneer press..Is it just me or did I get screwed lol. Think they’ll have that ad in store?
You can see the ad online :)

Jen – There wasn’t a full ad; it was just a thin Walmart beauty ad with manufacturer’s coupons on the back page. I’ve noticed that Walmart only has ads in the paper every two to three weeks, if that.
New Super Walmart (remodeled into super store) opens in Vad. Heights today. Was disappointed on last night’s trip that I could not access grocery items that I needed so will have to go back and check out “new” store!
I live in the area and that used to be my regular store. The way the store was handled during the remodel really disappointed me and I’ve quit going. I hope to hear that it is back up and running (and fully stocked!!) and perhaps I’ll start going again. The last time I went was frustrating and pretty gross :(
Keep me updated MK!!
The night before as we left the walmart, my hubby commented on how nice and wide the aisles were. (kinda funny since he hates to shop!) Went Wed. am 1st thing and all the big shots were there for the grand re-opening. Just glanced at grocery items and got some grapes since I thought they were a good price. Just like everywhere else, grocery prices just keep going up. I prefer to price match and watch for the specials. Very nice, bright store. Will take a while to get used to the layout though.
Has anyone been able to find the Dr. Pepper Ten? I checked at Cub, Walmart and Target today and no one had it.
I got it at Target in EP
I found it at the Eden Prairie Rainbow.
I have seen the new Dr. Pepper at Cashwise
It’s kind of late for this comment, so maybe it would be worth a separate post. The Cambridge Wal*Mart publishes a price comp list each week, usually available Monday mornings. This is for the check-out clerks’ convenience, but it’s available to shoppers. You can find it in a document holder on the file cabinet in the photo section. I save way more with this list than I ever do with coupons, and no digging through the ads to find the best deals!
Is there a way to get a copy prior to shopping to create a list & pull coupons? I don’t carry all my coupons with? Guess it changes weekly? Thanks
It changes weekly, yes, and for me it requires two trips — one on Monday or Tues to send a teenager in to the store to pick up the list while I wait in the car, and the second one to shop. I just shopped with my list + coupons tonight and saved a bunch. :) I saw a post somewhere that said you can’t use coupons on price comp items, but that is not true. Personally I love this because the savings include meat and produce.
Coupons.com has $1.00 off 2 LaCreme creamer products, so if you bought 3 could you use the buy 1 get 1 free from All You and the $1.00 off 2? I think thats sounds right.
Be careful trying to get the $1.97 Schick disposable razors. They denied me because they didn’t match the pictures on the coupon. I used to be an almost everyday shopper at Walmart and I hardly ever shopped at Target. Now that I started couponing…Target is the best. West St Paul Walmart is a dump no matter how they remodel. They are non-coupon friendly! Price match all you can at Target!
