I am a fan of Kohl’s as they have a great return policy. I got a great deal on Twinkle Toes shoes at Kohl’s ($28 for $55 shoes) but one of the shoes stopped lighting up after 2 wks–not OK. They exchanged them without batting an eye (even though I purchased them months ago as I had my daughter wait for school to start before she could wear them).
It also looks like ebates is offering a double rebate: 4% vs. its usual 2%.
