CVS Caremark with Direct Relief USA is offering free flu shot vouchers to people who lack health insurance. There are participating community health clinics across the US offering the free vouchers, which can then be used at a CVS store, while supplies last. I tried to fill out the form to get the Escada sample but if I put my city with my zip it says they don’t match, so I use the broader city of St. Paul but then it has the error message of saying that my zip doesn’t match my “locale”. Is anyone else having problems filling out this form?
It asked me for my country, but United States was not listed. I thought this was strange.
