Another opportunity has opened up for you to earn free points in Recyclebank’s Green Your Vacation Contest. The “Beach” suitcase is now available for you to open and earn a total of 50 points. Note: To receive your points, you will need to have pop-ups enabled on your browser.
Here’s how you can start earning points:
- Login to your Recyclebank account
- Click on the “Earn Points” tab at the top of the page, then scroll down and click on the “The Green Your Vacation Contest” link
- On the next page, click on the “Camping” link at the top of the page to open the suitcase
- Once the suitcase is opened, click on the various items (the boots, red tent, flashlight, camper, canoe, and magnifying glass) to start earning points. You will earn a total of 50 points once all of these activities are completed.
The last category, Staycation, will become available later this month with even more activities for you to do and earn points. When this becomes available, we will let you know.

Hi, thanks for all the informative posts ! I have a question about Recyclebank, I am signed up but after I did it they said it’s not available in my area, I’m in Minneapolis MN !! So are you but you are able to have the acct ok ??? I’m confused !

I have had a Recyclebank account for about a year and the service isn’t available in my area. It helps to earn points quicker if it is in your area, but there are plenty of other point-earning opportunities that pop-up (such as the one mentioned above). Hope this helps clarify!
I’m not sure the Huggies offer is working. I had several unopened packages of diapers whose codes hadn’t been entered yet – so I thought I’d go ahead and enter them and get the free onesie. I used the link, logged in, found the page with the details of the free offer, entered two codes and nothing happened. I was given the points for the diapers, but there was no way to get the onesie. Did anybody get this to work? Did I do something wrong?!?
I got it to work…did you enter codes from Snug & Dry diapers? If it helps, I used the codes from the jumbo packages. I didn’t try entering any codes from boxes.
I couldn’t get this to work either. It gave me the points for them but I couldn’t figure out how to get the free onesie. I used new codes off the Snug and Dry Jumbo packs and no luck.
Hmmm. I’m wondering if you needed to enter specially-marked packages of Snug & Dry…? I haven’t tried it myself yet.
FYI–Another perk for the Disney Rewards program that I wasn’t aware of when I signed up–they give you a gift on your anniversary. Apparently I signed up a year ago in July and they sent me an email saying I could choose a gift from several movies (there were about 4 to choose from). I ordered a Blu-ray Chicken Little movie. (I did have to pay $4.99 shipping, but still thought that was amazing for a blu-ray movie.) It should be arriving shortly.
