Harriet Island’s Great River Park Master Plan
The Great River Park Master Plan celebration for Harriet Island Regional Park in St. Paul is Thursday, June 16 from 5-8pm. The free event will include a picnic dinner (while supplies last), Nice Ride Bikes, a climbing wall, a bounce castle for kids, Padelford paddle boat cruises, live music by the Daisy Dillman Band, and more.
Intermedia Arts Summer Kick-Off BBQ
The Intermedia Arts second annual Summer Kick-Off BBQ is this Saturday, June 18, from 4-7pm. Events will include live mural painting, screen-printing, button making, youth activities, DJ Shannon Blowtorch, food, and more. A free all-ages dance workshop will also be held in their theater from 4:30-5:30pm.
Twin Cities Shred Fest
If you would like to get personal documents and papers shredded for free, you can bring them to a participating M&I Bank location during the Twin Cities Shred Fest on Saturday, June 18. The free event will allow you to safely destroy confidential documents, learn about identity theft and more. Free IMAX Admission for Dads
All dads get free admission to the Great Clips IMAX Theatre at the Minnesota Zoo with purchase of any ticket on Father’s Day, June 19. If you only go to the IMAX Theatre and don’t buy a ticket for the Zoo, you also won’t need to pay for parking.
