It’s another good week at CVS, with a number of toiletry items at stellar prices, including free tampons along with inexpensive body wash and men’s razors. You’ll also find laundry detergent for under $1 and Pantene products once again at a great low price.
If you’re new to CVS, your first step is to learn the ins and outs of the Extra Bucks program and learn how to read this shopping list. For those who use reusable bags, you may want to buy a green bag tag.
Remember that this is a starting list of deals for the week. We will update this list as readers leave comments with bargains they found at their local store, we get emails with deal ideas or we read about other deals across the blogosphere. Items that are added throughout the week will be noted as NEW. Items whose final price changes as a result of a new or modified coupon scenario will be noted as UPDATED. At least once this week we will send out a reminder to come back and check this list for the hottest new deals.
Your turn: What other deals did you find this week at CVS?

I have a quick question. Last week, I did the Pantene deal (which appears the same as this coming week)… can I do it again and still earn ECBS?
Buy 2 Pantene Pro-V Shampoo, Conditioner or Styler for 2/$6.97, Get $2 Extra Bucks (Limit 1)
Buy 2 and use $3/2 from 6/19 Smart Source insert or $1/2 from 6/5 Procter & Gamble insert or 6/26 Smart Source insert
Spend as little as $3.97, get $2 Extra Bucks back
Final price: As low as $0.99 each after coupon and Extra Bucks
The Pantene deal seems to have a limit of 10. At least that is what printed on my receipt after I reached that many but up until then as long as I did the transactions seperately I got the $2 ECB each time. I asked the cashier first since the ad said limit one but my first receipt did not say limit reached.
Good to know-thanks Dee Dee :)
For the powerade deal…there was a $1/5 printable that was mentioned a couple of weeks ago. Also there is a book of peelies at Holiday (the one in Blaine off of Radisson and 109th, anyways) good for buy 5 powerades, get 2 free (it is a man q). CVS accepted both in 1 transaction so here is the deal idea that I did:
Buy 7 Powerade or Powerade Zero for 5/$5 (they will all ring up as $1 each, even after 5), Get $2 Extra Bucks (Limit 1)
Use $1/5 Powerade or Powerade Zero printable (if you printed it, not sure of link, but you can google ‘$1/5 powerade printable coupon’ and see if there are any more available)
Also use Buy 5 Powerade or Powerade Zero, Get 2 Free
Final Price: $2 ($0.29 each) after coupons and ECB’s
Cassie – That printable coupon is no longer available, but you’re right; those who printed the coupon could do that deal. Thanks!
For the Schick razor/refill B1G1, does anybody know if I can mix/match? For example, can I buy one razor (using the $4/off coupon) and get the 4 ct. refill free?
Last week I asked this same question and they told me no, but you could always ask.
I went this morning and they were sold out except for one razor and one cartridge pack — so they let me do it.
Ok I have coupons for $1/2 pepsi 2 liters and they are buy one get one free I think they are $1.89 each but what would they be with my coupon? How do I use these the right way? Can I use 2 $1/2 coupons? What will the price be if I buy 4?
Thank You
sean–
If they are B1G1 at $1.89 each it is 2 for $1.89. Use your $1/2 MQ coupon and you get 2 for $0.89. Buy 4 and you get 4 for $1.78. Sounds like it should work just fine.
So If I buy 4 I get 4 free so that is 8 for $1.78?? how many coupons do I use??
Thank You Again
You will get 4 for $1.78 (use 2 coupons). You will get 8 for $3.56 (use 4 coupons).
Ok I get it so no matter what they are .44 each
I would probably be better off using 2 .75/1 coupons because I can use 2 on a big1 correct?
So they should be .19 each after 2 .75/1 coupons. Do I have this correct.
I appreciate your help.
Yep–
$0.75/1 coupons are a better deal since you can use 2 of them along with the B1G1 deal. They would be $0.195 each. Have fun saving :)
The maybelline one by one volume express mascara is BOGO 50% off and last week the in store coupon spitter had $3 off (exp. 6/26) for an even better deal. FYI
The wisk is 8.39 before discount not sure how you would get this deal.
terra–
If they are $8.39 each reg price then after the B1G1 and 2 of the $2/1 they would be $2.19 each–guessing that’s still a good price.
Ah I missed the part about using two coupons….still learning.
But the wisk coupon says limit one per purchase on product specified.
I did this deal today and was able to use six of the $2 coupons in the same transaction. I must have had a lenient clerk!
Terra – “One per purchase” means “one per item.” “One per person/transaction” means you can only use one, period.
if it says limit one per perchase that means you cant use 2 coupons on 1bottle. It would say limit one per Transaction if thatmakessense?
Can anyone confirm whether the Huggies deal includes or excludes GoodNites?
At my CVS (Farmington) – the mens Dove Bodywash were 3.00, not 5.00…FYI
Did pretty good –
3 Bodywash
2 deo
1 Tampons
4 Fuze
1 Honest Tea
2 Pantene
1 Pringles
Spent 3.51 OOP and got back 12 something :)
For the Schick razor/cartridge deal: Does anyone know if the final price of $.50 applies only to the razors using two $4/1 coupons? I’d rather get refills but since their coupons are of lower value I’m guessing they wouldn’t be as good a deal.
Thanks,
Alex
Alex – Yes, the $0.50 price applies to the lowest price razors with the $4/1 coupons.
Thanks!
Alex
I bought 2 men’s deodorant ($3 each), 2 men’s body wash ($3 each), and 2 hair care ($3 each) for a total of $18 (before $10.50 in coupons). I had to get the manager to print my $5 ECB because it did not print (no problems at all). When I got home I checked the bottom of my receipt at it stated $12 for Dove and $3 more to go to earn the $5 ECB and $6 for Dove and $9 to go to earn the $5 ECB. For some reason they split the items into 2 sections so that’s why it did not print the $5 ECB automatically. Make sense? Anyone else with the same issue?
The prices on Wisk detergent vary greatly, in the Milwaukee area there are $8.99 each but I thought paying $2.50 each after coupons was still a good deal!
On Friday I went to CVS for the second time this week, hoping that maybe they would have more of the razors as they have been out. They still had none, but while I was in there I grabbed one of the CVS brand .88 cent gummy bears because I planned on watching a movie when I got home. That was the only thing I purchased and a $3 extrabucks printed out. I have been couponing for about two months, and primarily at cvs and I have not seen a deal for this, and there was nothing at the bottom of my receipt that referred to this deal so I am very confused. I went the next morning to a different cvs and bought the same thing just to see if anything printed, which it didn’t, however it was Saturday so most of the extra buck deals are over on friday anyways. Does anyone know what promotion this was or just random? If so its a pretty good deal to buy .88 gummybears and get $3 xbs, I was so so excited, yet confused…….
