*SOLD OUT* Crowd Cut: Bunker Beach Admission Up to 55% Off (Local)

This deal has expired and may no longer be valid.

There is a sure-to-be super popular deal available today on Crowd Cut for Bunker Beach, an outdoor aquatic park in Coon Rapids that has a 900-foot lazy river, a massive wave pool, and nearby picnic facilities.

Pick up $5 tickets for guests under 48″ or senior citizens (an $11 value) or $7 tickets for guests over 48″ (a $14 value). You’ll still need to pay $5 for the vehicle entry fee into Bunker Hills Regional Park. Tickets expire 9/5/11 and there is a purchase limit of 4/person.

This deal set a Minneapolis/St. Paul Groupon record with 8,000 sold last year and sold out by the early afternoon. I’m not sure how many Bunker Beach/Crowd Cut are offering up for purchase, so if you want to get in on this deal, be sure to hurry (yes, I used the word “hurry”)!

I (Laura) purchased this offer last year to use when some relatives from South Carolina came to visit. I was able to save $46 total on tickets for all of us to do something that we’d been playing to do, anyway. We all had a wonderful time in the sun and the water!

Your turn: Have you been to Bunker Beach before? Who do you plan to take with you the next time you go?

Laura, I have some questions about this deal. My Son just purchased it & he wanted 1 child & 2 adults. His order should have been $5 + $14 = $19. However they charged him $24. I sent them an email about this & haven’t heard back yet. Can you call them & see what that charge is for? I am thinking they added the car fee to the deal. He did not want the car deal in this. Also do you have to use this all at one time? My Daughter also wants the deal for her sons but wants to use at different times. We live very close to Bunker & have friends that live close to her children could walk to the park. These are things that should be specified in the deal for other pocketeers. Thanks Laura

    • Laura Wales says:

Sally – I would recommend having your son call (not email) Crowd Cut himself as they will be able to look up details that pertain to his specific order. I doubt that Crowd Cut will tell me about someone else’s order if I call!

As for specific details, the only information I have is the information that’s posted on the Crowd Cut website; I did not purchase the deal myself this time around so I do not know specifics about whether they need to be used all at the same time.

  4. sally says:

Sorry, I just read the car is added to the deal. They should have an option to not buy the car entry & you should be able to use at differnt times.

    • kierstien says:

it says on the site that the car entry is NOT included so i would call and see why he was charged differently. maybe he accidently his for an extra kids ticket?!?!? also, they must all be used in 1 visit.

  5. Katie says:

Huh, I was not charged for the car entry. I bought 2 set of 4 tickets for $28 each.

    • Laura Wales says:

Katie – You’ll be charged the $5 vehicle entry fee when you go to Bunker Hills Park (the waterpark is located inside the larger park).

      • Katie says:

Oh, I knew that. I was just letting Sally know that not everyone was charged a parking fee when they bought tickets.

We actually buy the annual pass for $25 because we go to the the Lake Elmo Park Reserve. The pass is good in all Washington, Carver and Anoka County parks so our parking fee for Bunker Beach is covered :-)

        Thanks

Sold Out! Over 9,000 sold. crazy!

  7. sally says:

Thanks everyone for reponding. I know he only wanted three & it kept adding another person. I’m thinking you had to purchase four. The extra one that kept being added to the deal was for a child. If he knew he had to purchase 4 he would have ordered 3 adult & 1 child.Laura, Do you have phone # for Crowd Cut? He sent an email but they have not reponded.
