I had a bunch of items in my basket with the promo code Carrie gave. When I went through ebates, the promo wouldn’t work. I’ve had the problem with ebates before. Any suggestions to fix something I’m doing wrong???

I think the reason the promo code didn’t work is that you have to create a membership. I tried checking out as a guest and it didn’t work, but then I created an account and the promo worked.
