I pulled up my Groupon account and am trying to find the deal. What city is it under?
Michele – It is an online-only deal that’s not under a specific city. You need to go through the link in the post to get this deal or go here: http://www.groupon.com/deals/ebay (if you’re not comfortable using our affiliate link from the post).
When I used the link it took me to San Jose for the EBay deal.
JoAnna – It takes me to a new city each time I click on the link. This time it was Los Angeles, but the deal is still listed as an online deal, not a Los Angeles deal.
Don’t forget if you get the ebay deal to shop via ebates for additional savings when you are buying on ebay! I believe Carrie has posted a referal link in the past or I can provide one if you’d like. Savings really add up when you remember to use it and a check is mailed quarterly! LOVE IT!!!
I bought earlier today and have not received a confirmation on it. It also is not in my Groupon account. When should it arrive in my account? I guess I will be keeping close tabs on my credit card.
Bonnie – I asked Groupon directly (via Facebook) about this deal and it’s a little different from their normal deals as it’s really meant to be an offer from eBay, not Groupon. I’m sure you’ll see the deal in your list within a couple of days; they usually don’t post them the same date they’re purchased.
I purchased one this am at 5 am. At that time, the deal had been going just a short time and wasn’t going “viral.” I think it showed only 51 purchased. I got mine listed in my account ASAP. Later, in the morning we purchased one under my husbands acct. We have yet to see that post in his acct. I imagine they are flooded and trying to process everything as fast as they can.
I am trying to purchase this. I have a groupon account. Do I still need to put my credit card info in again on the ebay site to get this deal? I am very new to “Pocket your dollars”, etc…so I don’t know what I am doing…
