  1. Thanks, I passed this one to a friend who's daughter is gluten-free.

  2. Amazon's Subscribe and Save has a lot of good deals on gluten free flours. That is where I get my brown rice, coconut, teff, amaranth, and Bob's Red Mill GF All Purpose flours. However, I have found that my buying club (through United Natural Foods Inc has better prices on garbanzo, tapioca, potato, and sorghum flours.

Subscribe and Save is also how I buy my organic unrefined coconut oil, organic cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, and grade B maple syrup. Good nutrition is very important to me, but I like to find the best prices I can anyway!

  3. How Do You get involved with the buying club?
