I received Natural Health through a survey site I belong to. I was excited because I thought it would be a great magazine–right up my alley.. I ended up writing to the site and asking them to cancel the magazine because there were things in it that I didn’t feel were appropriate for my family. If you plan to subscribe you may want to check out a copy of the magazine first. The issue I got had suggestions for use of pot (and bypassing laws) and some ads that were explicit in nature. Just passing on this info for those of you who may be getting this as a gift for someone else :)
