Nordstrom Rack has a Groupon available today where you will pay $25, but get $50 in Nordstrom Rack store credit good at any store nationwide. Just to be clear, the Groupon is NOT good at regular Nordstrom stores, but can be used at any Nordstrom Rack location. (Yes, I’m thrilled that one just opened about 1.5 miles from my house).
Fine print:
- The voucher must be used by December 31, 2010
- Cannot be used for online purchases, but is good at any Nordstrom Rack store
- Limit one per person; that means each human being can buy one Groupon total. You can’t buy another one as a gift.
How to Buy a Groupon
Here’s how to order:
– Visit Groupon’s Miami page
– Click the green “Buy” button and enter the payment information
– Tomorrow you can log back into your Groupon account and under “My Stuff” you will find a voucher that you can print and redeem at Nordstrom Rack.
What is Nordstrom Rack?
According to Nordstrom Rack’s website they describe themselves as, “Nordstrom Rack, our off-price division, offers a wide selection of apparel, accessories and shoes from our Nordstrom stores and Nordstrom.com at reduced prices, as well as special value items purchased just for Nordstrom Rack.” In essence, they carry name brand merchandise like what you’d find at a Nordstrom store, but sell it at discounted prices.
This Groupon cannot be combined with sales or other discounts, but much of the merchandise sells every day at a discounted price, which taken together with this Groupon could get you items for 75% off or better (my target price for buying anything).

The site is overloaded and there are over 5,000 deals bought; this morning at 6am there were some 500, and yet I’ve not been able to make the purchase. I received an email telling me that there was an unlimited supply of these and the offer was good through the weekend. So, I’m going to keep trying for this great holiday groupon!
If you go through Discover, they give you 20% back. Still am not able to get in yet…
