$5 Rebate on Flu Shots (Exp 11/30)

Lysol is offering a $5 mail-in rebate when you get a flu shot between 11/7 – 11/30. To get your rebate, print and fill out this form and mail it along with your original, dated receipt showing payment for the flu shot to the address provided on the form. Requests must be postmarked by 12/30. Only one rebate per household.

You can get even more from your flu shot by getting one at a Walgreens near you, where you will receive a coupon good for $3 off your $15 purchase. Coupon is only valid the day you received a flu shot. Flu shots are $29.99 at Walgreens.

    Flushots are cheaper at Target. We paid $24 at Target. Our insurance doesn't cover flu shots. Too bad we didn't wait 2 more days. We had ours done on the 5th.

    In a way, I say, "Darn! I missed out.", as I got my flu shot a month ago, at Cub. I think it was $26.99.

    Er, I meant, I know Cub is already cheaper than Walgreen's. But I may have gotten the shot at Walgreen's, as I do like shopping at that store, and may have been compelled to try them for a flu shot instead.

    I seen a cpn for targert if you get flu shot there or get seen in their minutes clinic that you get a gift card(I think $10)

      I was hoping for the gc deal at Target when I got my flu shot there a couple wks ago-no luck though.

    Does anyone know if the rebate is good if your receipt shows you're submitting it to your insurance company before you pay the remainder?

    i was given a $10.00 coupon for a gift card if you come in for a future visit. Hopefully I will not get to use it. It is only good for a couple more weeks. It is not worth getting sick to use a coupon.

    My work does free flu shots for employee and family so I'm off the hook on paying for it this year.
