If you are looking for an indoor activity to keep your kids occupied this Saturday, bring them to a Lowe’s store near you at 10 a.m. to build a free Flapping Bat with glow in the dark stickers. This could make for a fun (not to mention free and, yes, a little creepy) Halloween decoration.
The activity is part of Lowe’s free monthly Build and Grow Clinics held at 10 a.m. on Saturdays. The clinics feature a different wooden project each time which kids can create and bring home. Plus, the first 50 kids to register and arrive at the store at 10 a.m. will each receive a free apron, goggles, a project-themed patch and a certificate of merit when they finish their project. You can register for a Build and Grow clinic in-store or online. Next month’s project (scheduled for 11/13) is a periscope.
Your turn: Have you brought your kids to any Lowe’s Build and Grow clinics? What did they think of it?

I just signed up my daughter! She will be so excited to spend some 1:1 time with her daddy on Saturday! Thanks Carrie! :)
My husband and son just got back. They had a blast! Now it will be a regular event for them! Thanks for the freebie!!!
