The North Face Speaker Series. Get free tickets to Climber Mark Synnott’s speaker series at UMN Cowles Auditorium on Monday, 10/11 at 7pm. Free Little Caesars Pizza with Coat Donation. Drop off a new or gently used child’s coat today only (Monday, 10/4) at local Little Caesars pizzerias to get a free pizza. Coats will be donated to Coats for Kids through the Salvation Army. They just ask that you wash your donated coat beforehand.
“Taming Toxic Stress” Event. This free event sponsored by Good Enough Moms is an opportunity for moms to enjoy free appetizers, chair massages, prizes and more at Crave Restaurant in Edina while learning about how to handle the stress moms face. Silverwood Park Volunteer Opportunity. Teenagers (grades 9-12) looking for a way to help out in a nature-related way can sign up for “Beat Back the Buckthorn” at Silverwood Park on Thursday and Friday, 10/21 and 10/22.
