There aren’t nearly as many Halloween restaurant promotions as there were last year, but if you are planning on dining out or looking for something fun for the family to do, here’s a roundup of the deals we currently know of. We’ll include more deals and freebies as we find them and re-publish this post closer to Halloween.

Wendy’s Coupon Booklet. Stop by your local Wendy’s restaurant and pick up their Trick or Treat Gift Book with 5 free Jr. Frosty coupons for only $1. Coupons are valid 11/01/10 through 2/01/11. Note: Some people have reported receiving a coupon booklet with 10 Jr. Frosty coupons instead of 5, so this offer may vary by region and restaurant.
McDonald’s Halloween Coupon Booklet. You can pick up a McDonald’s Halloween coupon booklet at participating McDonald’s restaurants for only $1. The booklet includes three coupons for each of the following: free Apple Dippers, free small cone, free apple juice or milk jug and free hamburger. Coupons are valid 11/1/10 through 12/31/10. Free Scary Face Pancake at IHOP. Kids 12 and under can get a free scary face pancake on Friday, 10/29 at IHOP. Limit one offer per child, valid for dine-in only. The pancake comes with whipped cream, a strawberry, Oreos and candy corn your child(ren) can use to create a scary face on their pancake. (Thanks, Smart Shopping Ladies!)
Free Kids Meal at Chili’s. Kids 12 and under can get a free kid’s meal at participating Chili’s restaurant locations Saturday and Sunday, 10/30 and 10/31, when they come dressed in their Halloween costume and an adult with them purchases an adult entrée. This offer is valid for both to-go and dine-in orders, limit one free kids meal per adult entrée purchase. Not all Chili’s locations are participating, so be sure to call your local Chili’s restaurant in advance. (Thanks, Chi-Town Cheapskate!)**

$2 Burrito at Chipotle. Dress as a processed food on Sunday, 10/31 and stop at a Chipotle restaurant near you after 6 p.m. to get a burrito, bowl, salad or an order of tacos for only $2. (Thanks, Natural Food List!)
Bass Pro Shops Free Halloween Events. For the last two weekends in October, Bass Pro Shops locations will offer free crafts, a free photo download, trick-or-treating, coloring sheet, costume parade, samples and more from 4-8pm on Fridays and 12-5pm on Saturdays and Sundays. **NEW** Sonic Discounted Food and Free Fun. Get $0.50 corn dogs + free face painting and candy at Sonic Drive-In on 10/31.
**NEW** TGI Friday’s Meal Deals. Anyone wearing a costume gets a free appetizer (from a select list) on Friday and Saturday, then kids in costume eat free on Sunday with purchase of one adult entree at TGI Friday’s.
**NEW** Taco Bell Free Fruitista Freeze. Don’t forget about this printable coupon for a free Orange Creme Fruitista Freeze at Taco Bell (limit one per person).
