Earn a Free Toothbrush
As part of the free Healthy Bedtime Habits program your child can earn a free kid’s toothbrush by tracking their completion of bedtime activities like washing hands, brushing teeth and reading. Here’s how.
First, create a Healthy Bedtime Habits account with Colgate. Then, log your child’s progress as they complete the specified activities. Once you complete the online log, you’ll be notified by email and sent a link to a redemption form. You’ll need to complete the form and send in the mail. Your kids character toothbrush should arrive within eight to 12 weeks of your submission. Your family can receive one toothbrush per child who successfully completes the log.

Free Personalized Storybook
The Healthy Bedtime Habits program also has an online storybook that you can personalize; you can tell it your child’s name, but also design the hero to be the same gender, hair color and skin tone as your own child. The stories are online and help reinforce healthy bedtime habits like washing hands and brushing teeth.
In my house, it doesn’t matter much what the story is about, but if the main character is named Victoria, which is my oldest girl’s name, then she is all ears to listen.
