    I was at Staples and tried to used the $1/2 BIC coupon for 2 BIC Brite Liner Highlighters (5-pack) at $0.50 each. The cashier was unsure about giving them for free so she asked the manager. The manager didn’t accept it and said that the extreme deals couldn’t be combined with a coupon. I still went ahead and bought them. At .50 each, they are a good deal!
