So help me get this straight. A “Staples Reward” is an in-store credit. An “easy rebate” is getting money back. Correct?
Lindsey M — Staples Rewards are paid out via a rewards certificate (similar to in-store credit) which can be used in-store, online or via phone. Rebates, while generally paid out via check or prepaid card, can also be paid via a Staples Gift card (which would be store credit only valid in-store). The terms of the rebate will note how the rebate is paid.
