Normally I (Laura) would hesitate to post something like this, as it is not a rebate offer and should not be treated as such, but since a few readers expressed their hesitation when we posted the free sample of Pampers through Vocalpoint (no longer available), I thought that those and other readers might like to know about this.
Thanks, Maven of Savin’!
Your turn: Are you less-than-impressed with Pampers DryMax diapers, or are they your new favorite? (Personally, I have a pack of these diapers but haven’t opened them yet. We’ll see.)

I have a seven week old baby, and have been using both the Pampers Swaddlers diapers and Huggies Little Snugglers. I am personally MUCH more impressed with the Huggies diapers, compared to the new Pampers. When my 18 month old was an infant, I only used old Pampers Swaddlers and loved them. I don’t think the new Pampers keep my baby very dry or hold as much as Huggies (or as much as the old Pampers). The Huggies diapers also have a pocket to prevent #2 from going up the baby’s back. I do think that every baby and body is different, though– some brands work better for certain body types/genders. I’m not sure if I still have my receipt from the package of Pampers I bought, but it’s nice to see them standing behind their product.
Hi… My daughter got some rash… I bought a package of this Pampers on CVS at $21.99 but I paid $5…because I used coupons… What amount They are going to send me?
I used only Pampers (Swaddlers/Cruisers/Baby Dry) with my now 2 year old, but I’ve also had issues with the new Dry-Max diapers on my 7-week old (coincidence with Melissa!!).
We were given a bunch of packs when she was born, but she had a bad reaction right away… her bottom actually had tiny round sores that matched up with the mesh-like holes on the Pampers and we change her diaper constantly. I’ve switched to a combination of the Sensitive Swaddlers or the plain Baby Dry ones without the Dry-Max lining and it’s made a big difference.
My mom returned an open pack to Sam’s Club and was given a full refund as well. I really wish Pampers would go back to the previous style as I would like to stay with this brand.
I’ve mostly used pampers but also huggies/luvs lately but I did notice my 6 mo got VERY red bottom on days I used the new pampers all day (and he rarely gets ‘diaper rash’). I do love how thin they are but hope they fix the problem. Doubt I’ll send in since I’ve used them all/don’t have the pkging.
I have used these and didnt care for them. I am pretty loyal to Pampers but will be sticking with the baby dry. I LOVE the swaddlers though.
Here’s a link with a picture of a chemical burn a child got from those diapers:
