This deal has expired and may no longer be valid.

Once again, kids under 12 eat free at IKEA now through August 15, no adult purchase necessary. Choose any three kid-sized items to create a meal (a $2.49 value), including meatballs, a PBJ sandwich, cookies, and more.

Participation varies by store, so be sure to call your closest location in advance to be sure that they are participating.

When I first posted about IKEA back in September 2009, several readers commented that the store offers an hour of free childcare as you shop. Is this still the case?

Comments

  1. Yes- 1 hour of childcare is provided for kids potty-trained up to a certain height, I believe.

  2. My kid's love the Smaland – the kid play area. Like Holly said, potty trained and I know the lower height limit is 37". I forget the upper height limit.

  3. Also for the month of August…they have buy one get one free on the chicken Caesar salad! So you can get three meals for the price of one basically. Or in my family's case four meals. We have two kids! Every month for the rest of the year they have a different BOGO.
