My 3-year old love, love, loves the Children’s Chewable Gummy Vitamins from Puritan’s Pride. Just today, before I saw this fre sample, I tried one of her gummy vitamins myself because I was very curious about their flavor; they are a sweet/sour, by the way. Can you imagine how I chuckled, then, when I sat down tonight, saw this free sample of Nature’s Bounty Adult Gummies Vitamins that’s been available for a week or so and realized I haven’t shared it with you yet. Impeccable timing, if I do say so myself.
With my recent first hand experience with kid’s gummy vitamins, I’ll be able to tell if these taste as well as the sour patch kid-like vitamins she takes. I’ll set aside my own Puritan’s Pride Multi-Vitamins for Women for a day or two to enjoy this chewable kind instead of a pill.
Your turn:Do you take horse pills…er…vitamins faithfully?
**Disclosure: The Puritan’s Pride vitamins I mention my daughter and I taking were generously given to me by Puritan’s Pride after they heard me mention their spice on a local television show. This post does use affiliate links. Read Pocket Your Dollars’ disclosure policy for more details.

Yes, I do. I take a gummy chewy, one biotin (for hair, skin & nails) & a B Energy Complex (to turn food into energy). I have never felt better!
Lizzie what brand do you take?
The biotin & B energy complex is Nature Made. The gummy is actually Target brand (and it’s the kids one at the moment. haha, didn’t realize that when i bought it)
I actually take prenatal and children omega-3 gummies. I hate taking vitamins and the gummy omega-3′s don’t cause the icky fish flavor afterwards!
I love the gummy vitamins, but none of them contain Iron that I have found. For my vegetarian daughter…that is important!
