Free 8×8 Photo Book for Some Shutterfly Members + $7.99 Shipping (Exp 9/1)

This deal has expired and may no longer be valid.

What could help bring a pleasant end to this summer? How about another free photo book! Shutterfly has released a new code for a free 8”x8” hardcover, 20-page photo book valid until Sept. 1 ($29.99 value). Enter code 8PBA91 at checkout and all you have to pay is $4.99 $7.99 shipping. This is probably comparable to Picaboo’s free photo book offer that runs through August 31 as well.

Here’s the catch, so to speak. This code may not work for everyone. My best guess is that the code works for existing Shutterfly customers that have made previous purchases, but not new accounts or accounts where there has never been activity. But,I could be wrong. The reality is that it is working for some folks and not for others.

To find out if you can get a free photo book before you take time to create one do this:

— Login to your Shutterfly account
— Select “My Account”
— Click on “My Special Offers” or “Enter Special Offer Code” towards the bottom of the page
— Enter the code 8PBA91
— You’ll get a message that the code either worked or did not work.

P.S. – Don’t forget that Shutterfly is giving everybody three free greetings to new and old customers with the coupon code SUMMERCARDS through September 1.

(Thanks Amber!)

Your turn: Did this code work for you? Are you a new or existing Shutterfly customer? Have you purchased from them before?

  7. Rebecca says:

I have made books at Shutterfly before and they sent me this coupon code too. It cost me $7.99 in shipping and was not combinable with the free shipping offer for spending $30.

  8. Tirza says:

the code didn’t work on my account (lots of activity) but did work on my mom’s account (little activity). I know what I’ll be busy doing the next couple days! LOVE shutterfly

  9. Rachel says:

I got the code sent to me in an email. I have ordered books from Shutterfly before but it’s been several months since I ordered one. A friend of mine orders books more frequently than me and never received the code.

  10. Alice says:

Did not work for me. I’ve made on big order in March for baby announcements but that is all the activity I’ve had on this account.

  11. KellyB says:

Code did not work for me. I have an existing shutterfly account but haven’t used it in quite some time. Very disappointed. So much for luring me back to Shutterfly. I wasted 2 hours making the book. Not happy.

I’m sorry Kelly. If there is another code like this you can first try and apply it to your account, before you create the book. It will tell you whether it is accepted or not and then if it is you can invest the blood, sweat and tears it takes to make a book :(
