Again this week Cub Foods has 4 additional pages of deals shared exclusively in the ad on their website, in addition to their weekly sales flyer. The online ad shows a couple of coupons that are referenced throughout this list, that I *think* are store coupons, but I cannot tell from the ad; they cannot be printed online either. Therefore, I assume that the in-store flyers will contain these coupons, but you may want to print a screen shot of the online ad in case you have to ask at the Customer Service counter.
Since Cub Foods’ stores accept manufacturer-issued coupons up to 3 months past their expiration date (and in some cases up to 5 or 6 months past) some of those referenced on this list are expired. If you are new to Pocket Your Dollars, then learn to read this shopping list. If you are having issues, troubleshoot problems printing coupons here.
Remember that this is a starting list of deals for the week. As readers leave comments with bargains they found at their local store or we get emails with deal ideas, we will update this list. Items that are added throughout the week will be noted as NEW. Items whose final price changes as a result of a new or modified coupon scenario will be noted as UPDATED. At least once this week we will send out a reminder to come back and check this list for the hottest new deals.

Does anyone one know if the “buy 5 Items and get $5 off your order” deal doubles or do I have to the separate transactions. Meaning can I buy 10 capri suns and get $10 off or do I have to do it in 2 transactions?
The wording in the ad states that you can only do one deal per transaction. So you would have to do separate transactions. It also says that if you try to do the deal in consecutive transactions, the $5 coupon will not print on the second transaction if you use the coupon from the first transaction to pay for it. In other words, this deal cannot be “rolled”. I plan to first do 2 transactions, buying 5 cheeses in each, then come back and buy the rest of my groceries using the two $5 coupons to help pay for them.
And, FYI, there is a $1/2 Kraft cheeses manufacturer’s coupon in the coupon books available in store–at least it was there last week. Exp 9/5, I think. I also seem to remember coupons for some of the other products from this deal in that booklet (capri sun and lunchables, maybe). Plus, I have some $1/2 Kraft cheese printable coupons from somewhere–not sure where.
I knew I had recently seen Kraft cheese coupons, but could not figure out where from. Thanks for the reminder that they were in last week’s ad.
Is anyone finding this coupon book still in the store?
I checked at the Crystal Cub yesterday…no luck finding any coupon book that had a coupon for Kraft cheese.
Thanks for telling me your target prices on things! That is valuable information…I am not always sure if a deal is stock-up time or not.
Hey, I always shop at Copps on double-coupon day. Is it worthwhile to try to start juggling a trip to Cub also? I would feel bad if I use my good coupon at Cub only to find out it is on sale a week later at Copps (like the yogurt this week), but it seems like the Kraft deal is one worth going out for…
If people prefer chicken to be “all natural”, then I think this is a great price on the Golden Plump. Mike’s Discount Foods has them for $2.40 per pound, but that’s if you buy $50 worth. Fare-for-All often has 20 boneless skinless all natural thighs for $3.25, but I prefer the breasts.
I found that I have a man coupon for capri sun for $1 off 2 from the net I cannot remember where I got it from. Anyone else have one and know where to print it off?
I thought the Ice Mountain water was a good deal at $2.98 for a 24 pack and there is a $1/1 in one of the inserts this week. I bought the limit of four with the in-ad Cub coupon and also got two $2 OYNO catalinas on Sunday.
I also got the $2.00 OYNO coupon for buying two 24-packs of Ice Mountain. I wish I would have bought more!
Don’t forget the chisken B1G1F is 20 ounce package so comes out to $2 /lb
Do you know where the “Plus, use two $0.50/1 Swiffer Refill coupons” can be found? Thanks.
Yes – whoops! 8/29 Procter & Gamble insert. I’ll update the list :)
mamamia- I would do two transactions. I know when I did a catalina like this with fruit snacks once I asked first and they told me it would only work once per receipt. Hope that helps.
Thanks for the list Carrie! Looks like the printables for the Fisher nuts are gone :(
I bought Avocados from superwalmart yesterday for $0.68. They are wonderful!!
There is also a $1/1 for Maxwell House in the “Fall Into Savings” book at Cub. I found it in the entryway last time.
I do not see the $1/1 Kraft Deli Deluxe from 5/16 Smart Source insert. Can anyone help?
I didn’t find them either!
Could someone please tell me where do you find the Fisher salted in the shell peanuts for $1.45? I can only find a 24oz package for $2.45. Thanks
I believe I found them by the popcorn.
I like to know where to find the Fisher Salted shell peanuts too. Also, where to find the sunflower seeds. All my coupons say 4 oz or larger. Are these sun flower seeds people are buying 4 oz or larger?
Thanks
I have found sunflower seeds at Cub in New Brighton.
the .55/2 whips link brings me to a pssst.. survey not active page. Is this correct?
At the AV cub the Kraft Deli Deluxe was not part of the sale price of $2 it was $3 something. The $5 did roll from one transaction to the next tho.
Can I really use 2 – $1.00 coupons with the BOGO Golden Plump chicken deal? I thought in the past that we could only use coupon with the BOGO. Being able to use 2coupons is great!
I have been turned down twice recently at Cub, unable to use two coupons on a bogo deal. The register beeps at them. This must have recently changed. However, if they rang the mfg coupon first, then the store coupon it might work.
BTW – love your name!
Cub had a display this weekend with a “Snackpicks” coupon booklet. It has $1 off ANY New York brand frozen garlic bread product. It makes this weeks sale $1.29.
If you haven’t already signed up to recieve email deals from Cub, there is a promocode to use if you sign up by 9/5/10 that will generate a $5 off/$50 order coupon. The coupon I got is only good until the 5th, but you can print as many of them as you want. The promocode is freegroceries.
There is another promocode that works like that one, but you get $2 off any $10 produce purchase. That promocode is fresh.
Where did you find the $5 off when you spend $50 was it recently?
If you go to Fressexpress.com you can print a $1 off coupon and they are bogof right now.
I can’t find the Mission coupon–did anyone else?
Also, all of the Maxwell House coupons are $1/2
Here is a coupon for $5 off 5 kraft products should make for free cheese
http://brands.kraftfoods.com/kraftcheese/index.html
This is a great coupon! I just got a bunch of free cheese shreds and singles. Well stocked up now :-)
Maybe I’m understanding this wrong, someone enlighten me please. The Coke coupon is a manufacturer coupon, on it it says you have to buy 4 to get $2 off. It says nothing about needing to buy $25 worth of other products. So, why does Cub have the right to say we have to buy $25 to use this coupon?? I noticed this at Cub last night, I mentioned it to the cashier and she wouldn’t even try to scan the coupon. My guess is that it would have worked. Am I correct?
It says it on the paper next to it in the ad.
It’s not a true manufacturer coupon as it was issued just for Cub. I can not use it at the super value owned Marketplace etc. This is also why they say you have to have a certain purchase, just like the Pepsi at Rainbow this week, likely it’s a deal that Pepsi is giving the store and htey just did not do a coupon in the paper, but they are getting the money back for offering the pop so low.
In the 6/27 ss there is a $.20/2 coupon for cool whip. Not huge, but every bit helps!!
Free cheese using this coupon at Participating Kraft Products – (brands.kraftfoods.com)
I was so excited to find this! It’s $5 off 5 kraft products. With the catalina giving an additional $5, we’re getting lots of free cheese this week!
Here’s more coupons for kraft. I’m wondering if the hot dogs are included in the catalina even if they aren’t in the pictured ad. I know other SuperValu stores around the country have added them. Anyways, great CUB week!
$1.00/2 – Kraft Cheese – (print.coupons.com)
$1.00/2 – Kraft Miracle Whip or Mayo – (print.coupons.com)
$1.00/1 – Oscar Mayer Lunchables – (kraft.promotions.com)
$1.00/2 – Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs – (coupons.com)
$0.55/1- Kraft Salad Dressing – (brick.coupon.com)
There is now a $1.00 Gold’n Plump coupon available on SmartSource.com !!!!
Thank you soooo much for this info!!
I bought 4 of the General Mills cereal listed in the ad this week (not a great price by any means, but we needed cereal!) and got a Catalina for free milk!
I bought a Wanchai Ferry frozen meal with a $1.50 coupon.(don’t remember where from.) and got a coupon to fell out on line with a one time code on it for to fill out for $10.00.
Cub has the Nabisco products coupon buy 4/$9. It includes the 100 calorie multi-paks. There is a coupon for the Nabisco multi-paks buy 2 get $1 off on smartsource or coupons.com that can be used on the 100 calorie paks. I used two Nabisco coupons and the Cub coupon. That brought the price down to 4/$7. Still seems expensive for what you get, but a register thingy printed giving me $2 off my next shopping order. Final price: 4/$5 and nice to have around when you are hurrying to make the kid’s lunches.
Two more promo codes for cub..bakerybread and icecream.
Two more free items woho!!!…Great website…Thanks Carrie!!!!!
I bought 5 Kraft cheese last night, used the $5 off coupon, but did not get a catalina for $5 OYNO. The cashier said that it was b/c I used the coupon. Is that correct? Anyone else have that problem?
Nope…I did the same thing and I got my catalina.
I just did the kraft deal with the $5 off coupon this morning.. catalina worked like a charm!
Jodi, Which Cub were you at? I’ve got 4 of the coupons and plan on a big night tonight!
I have done the cheese thing 3 separate times and have had no problem getting the $5 OYNO on each one. That is BS. Did you make sure the 5 items you bought are shown on the back of the CUB ad?
Question, I got a coupon sent to my house for $5 off a $50 purchase. If I have this coupon scanned first before any other coupons, can my purchase be $50 before coupons, and then scan other coupons and end up with a total under $50, but still use the $5 off coupon?
Yes, I did that twice this week and worked both times.
Where did you get the $5 coupon?
The pop deal can be a little sweeter than mentioned above, if you save your old Cub ads. I keep the manufacturer coupons from old ads and noticed that there was one from 6/20/10 -6/26/10 that made this deal S U P E R! Instead of it being a $2 off of 4 -12pks, it was $3 off of 4 -12pks. It also included a piggy-back coupon for “free” Johnsonville Smoked Sausage Links. My final price for the pop was $1.23 each plus (almost) free sausage links. Though the sausage coupon did not say limit $3.00, the cashier would only honor up to $3 off, since the price of the sausage during the week of the original sale was only $3. It was really late, and I didn’t bother pressing the issue. I am guessing that if I had gone during the day, I would have gotten the item completely free. Oh well, still a great deal!
I find that most of the previous manufacturer coupons from ads always seem to link up with a great sale before they hit 90 days past expiration. Save those ads :)
3 lbs of organic pears are on sale for $3.88 – good price for organic!
Its probobly a little late it the week for another deal, but the Krunchers chips are on sale for 2/$4. If you use 2 – $1.00 off coupons from the 6/27 smartsource, that makes them $1 each.
Hey, I’m just heading out to Cub tonight so it is never too late :)
Thank you so much for the tip on the Krunchers sale and coupon! I just grabbed some from my Cub, and there was a ‘try me free’ rebate on the bag! yay!
Hi,
I live in St. Cloud, and we used to have Cub here, but Coborns just bought it out. So no more cub, and Coborns is more expensive. Does anyone know if there is a similar website for stores in St. Cloud, including Coborns/Cash Wise? Any help with this would be great! I am hooked on these deals now, but can’t get the grocery ones around here :(
Hi Carly! I just stumbled upon this: but my website is http://www.meghannscoupons.blogspot.com: I started my blog for exactly this reason. Stop by and let me know what you are looking for – I’d love the feedback! :)
Happy couponing, Meghann
I printed the Kraft coupon (buy 5 Kraft items, get $5 off) – from the link referenced above.
I just got back from Cub (Saturday evening) where they wouldn’t let me use it. They said that they have been getting quite a few of them but just recently discovered that they are fraudulent! This was quite surprising since it came from what I believe to be a “Kraft” site. Anyone else have troubles with it, especially if you very recently tried to use it?
Lois, i used 4 of them at the cub in Plymouth on Hwy 55 & Vicksburg this past week with no problems. The cashiers seemed surprised by the coupon but did not question its validity. I find it odd that they just don’t check out the website it comes from to check the validity since the URL is printed right on the coupon….
I got mine too Melissa at the same cub. My 5 off coupon didn’t scan but cashier put it thru. What a good deal.
Only Cub in Coon Rapids in Riverdale Shopping Mall and the Cub in Minnetonka have this special as they are not a corporate own store.
The deal is 12% off all fresh and frozen meats. No coupon is needed. Bags are provided for you bag in the meat department. Offer is good till Sept 11, 2010,
