Office Depot has a coupon out right now for 10 off a 25 dollar purchase. Do these dollar/sale items exclude the use of a coupon? The last time I was at Staples they did confrim they take competitor’s coupons, but I don’t know if they would in this situation?

I have been doing the rebate items to sort of get around spending $5 OOP to get the penny deals.
This week I bought 1 pack of photo paper for $9.99 qualifying me to get my 2 glues at 1 cent each. Then I fill out the online easy rebate for the photo paper and get 9.74 back. Total spent this week: 27 cents
