This comes out from HQ and the franchisees are required to honor it even though it causes a loss to them. I talked to the owner of the St Louis Park Quizno's and he said this is the reason so many franchises have had to close. So....if you do use the coupon please just use it once even though it's easy to abuse. My conversation with the owner - who was working the line - made me sad! I just had to comment on this coupon.
