I just had to comment on this coupon. This comes out from HQ and the franchisees are required to honor it even though it causes a loss to them. I talked to the owner of the St Louis Park Quizno’s and he said this is the reason so many franchises have had to close. So….if you do use the coupon please just use it once even though it’s easy to abuse. My conversation with the owner – who was working the line – made me sad!
Thanks for sharing Lisa. I used to work in the corporate office for a fast food franchisee and am familiar with how there is often a disconnect between corporate and the local franchisees.
