Menards mail-in-rebate program is a great way to get home repair items free or cheap.The rebate you get won’t be cash, but a store credit for Menards. I explain all the ins and outs of Menards’ rebate program here, so you can get easily started.
This list includes rebated items that are at least 75% off their retail price, plus a video game stand that isn’t quite 75% off, but I figured some folks might need one and I have no idea if $19.99 is a good value or not.
A reminder that if you purchase at least one free-after-rebate item in any transaction, then you’ll need to buy $10 in non-rebated items in that same transaction. That to say, if you buy all your free-after-rebate items at one time, then you’ll need one additional $10 purchase in non-rebated items. If you buy some items on one receipt and go back later in the week and buy other items, then each time you’ll need $10 in non-rebated items.
We never seem to have trouble finding $10 in other sale items to purchase.

Do you know what kind of hangers? I’m looking for more of the slim “velvet” ones that clothes don’t slip off.
Are the hangers wood or plastic?
Also, are children’s hangers available with this rebate? THANKS!!
The hangers have a covering that looks satin like. These are the ones that bend so that you can hang anything and shape so that it stays on the hanger. Making a trip to Mendards tonight so hopefully some will be left. They also have the hangers that have the circles so you can hang onto each circle then drop the end and they hang side by side need short things on bottom loops or tall closets but nice for saving room in closets.
I was wrong on hangers. I had only seen the end and didnt pull them from the box to look closer. The ends are plastic and the rest is foam (like the swim noodles). The would work for drying clothes and can bend and shape for boat neck sweaters or could use for childrens and just bend the ends to the size. I like them. The flexi hanger lets you hang five items then drops down to save room so that would be nice for kids as they are short also for tshirts as my husband likes his on hangers.
