I don’t go to consignment stores often, but do use Craigslist.org and Ebay.com for a lot of purchase I make….purses, shoes, clothes. Admittedly I have to work a little harder doing it that way because I have to go out find what I want try it on, then look for it on those sites, but it’s worth it to save some money.

Second Impressions is located in the Little Canada/Vadnais Heights area. It is a smaller privately owned shop. http://www.secondimpressionsboutique.com/index.html

I’ve also heard great things about Encore in Eden Prairie: http://www.encorecb.com/
