I only found SS as well today in Monti.
I also only found SS in Plymouth.
so – silly q – but I only get the sun. trib – do you normally get coupon inserts in the Sat. paper too??? Is it worth having that home delivered as well?

Kam-the inserts are in the Early Sunday Edition-which is printed on Saturday. Not sure if you can have that delivered. Does anyone else know?

early sunday is the same as “saturday” for delivery purposes. yes, you can get it delivered.
as i have noted in the past, i once got really lucky, in plymouth or somewhere west of there, in finding not only RP, but P&G inserts in my saturday paper. my hopkins area papers rarely have anything but SS in them on saturday. and lately i’ve noticed saturday inserts as a whole are getting kinda low. kind of defeats the purpose of calling it an early sunday edition.
I think this is the first time I have not gotten all the inserts in my early edition, but I checked in 3 different places while I was out and about today and only SS in all of them. Kind of funny that they just raised the price of the early edition and now the coupons are worse. . . . That really stinks. At least I don’t see any really hot coupons listed in the RP preview.
Our Sunday Early Edition doesn’t have the inserts in them on the first weekend of the month. We always wait until Sunday to get them because then the P&G inserts are also in them. Not sure of the home mailed copies, however. I have been buying mine at the stores.
Wal Mart in Forest Lake had all 3 inserts in the Pioneer Press… the Trib only had the SS.
That was my experience in Lindstrom, MN as well.
Nancy’s right….the PP has all three inserts…ST only the SmartSource.
Have to go back out and get a copy….sounds like LOTS of good coupons!!
Wow. I think I got jipped big time. I bought 3 papers this morning. 2 had smartsource inserts and that’s it!

My home-delivered Strib in south Mpls had all three inserts, 1 SmartSource, 1 P&G and 1 RedPlum.
Also, the Early Sunday cannot be home delivered. Home-delivered copies on Saturday morning are just the regular Saturday paper. “Early Sunday” papers arrive at stores later than the overnight delivery you get with Saturday home delivery. Only Early Sunday papers at stores have the inserts.
