I am always on the hunt for low-priced kid’s shoes since they seem difficult to come by at garage sales and thrift stores. I think that’s because kids (or my kids anyway) are so hard on their shoes and we wear them until they absolutely don’t fit anymore, eeking out every drop of life from them. All that to say, $4.99 for cute dress shoes is a deal to me. I personally picked up two pairs, one in each available size. If the oldest doesn’t fit into them, then I have them on hand for my younger one.

I have attended this sale on and off for the past few years and always get great bargins. It is all the returns, seconds, flawed or mistakes in embroidery (which easily comes out). I’m confused on how you got the 80% off.
Jess – The Mary Janes were $29.50 and are marked down to $4.99, which is a savings of $24.51. So I did this math (I have never publicly typed a math equation before, have I?) $24.51 / $29.50 = 0.83 or 83% savings. Similar on the athletic shoes, but those are 79% savings.
I must have missed the sale then as I only see them for $15. :( That’s a bummer.
Got the shoes today. They fit ME. That’s right, they are not toddler. Super funny though.
Got the shoes today…they are BIG! Not gonna fit my 2 year old…maybe a 6th grader! I doubt any 6th grader would wear shoes w/ballet slippers on them. Boo. :( I am returning them to Sears. Lands End has AWESOME customer service!!
