When you first join, you’ll get a coupon for 20% off your next purchase. You can accumulate Borders Bucks with every purchase, although it may take a while for you to earn points unless you buy books all. the. time.
They send out coupons and offers via email regularly, the latest being one for 40% off the list price of any one item (expires today, 6/21). You can use these coupons online or in stores. They’ll send you a special gift via email on your birthday, too.
At Seattle’s Best coffee shops located within Borders stores, use your rewards card each time you purchase a beverage to get a coupon for a free beverage after you’ve purchased five. There is also free wi-fi in their cafés so you can enjoy a beverage while getting a little bit of work done (maybe).
