As you get started shopping at Target we’d recommend getting familiar with Target’s price matching policy and Target’s coupon policy. You may want to bring printouts of these with you to the store. If you are new to Pocket Your Dollars learn how to read this shopping list or troubleshoot problems when printing coupons.
Target fanatics should check out the ever-changing supply of Target online coupons, be sure to sign up for Target’s text messaged coupons and browse Target’s weekly ad online.
Your turn: What other deals did you snag at Target this week? How do you feel about having all the deals on one long shopping list?

Deals of Unknown Duration (Read Explanation Below)
You know that I do my best to separate deals that are only available for a week from those that are available for awhile, since it helps us all plan whether we need to run to Target this week or not. However, some number of deals we find out about from readers or other bloggers aren’t advertised in the Sunday paper, but the prices seem a little lower than full price (to me anyway). I am putting them in this category with the hope that as we all head out to Target this week we can check on a few of these, leave a comment and let us know if the price reflects full price, a price cut (and through what date, if you can tell), or a weekly sale. When we see your comments we’ll move the items into the appropriate place on the list.

Please leave a comment if a printable coupon is out of prints or the product is no longer at the specified price (maybe it was a temporary price cut?) and will update the list to reflect that.

A huge thanks to Collin at Hip 2 Save and Marcy at Stretching a Buck for their starting lists of Target deals. Thanks for getting this list out! :) I love having all the on-going deals on these lists, makes it easier for me to figure out what I’m going to buy for the week.
I’m not finding the $0.50/1 Sobe Target web coupon. Am I missing something??
Went back and realized that the Sobe coupons are on under the “Grocery” category rather than “Groceries.” That’s weird that they have two categories…
I don’t see coupons for the following items on the Target site? Does anyone else?
Eucerin Daily Skin Balance
Cottonelle with Aloe Flushable Wipes $2.29
FYI
On Friday at Target I found Olay gift bags with a full size body wash, body lotion, razor and poof for 4.84. I used a 1.00 coupon for Olay body wash which brought the price down to 3.84. There were also Dove gift bags for the same price and you could use the 1.00 off Target printable, they included body wash, lotion, body spray and poof (sp?). I didn’t think they were a bad price for gifts and a good price for the set. I am not sure how long they will be there (found on end cap of makeup isle by accident).
do you remember which insert the q was in?
Dawn – I found the Eucerin coupon under “Personal Care” and the Cottonelle coupon linked on this post is to a PDF file, not the Target coupon website. Hope this helps!
For the Alice in Wonderland deal, it states in my ad that you have to buy the DVD and one other Alice in Wonderland item shown, so not such a great deal.
The printable was only for $1 off 5 smart ones – not $3 off 10.
I was just at the Roseville Target, and most of the Fiber One cereal boxes had peelies for $1/1 on them, so it’s like .50 each when you buy 5.
I found these at the Super Target in Rogers as well. What a deal!
Super Target Shoreview had them too but only on the Honey Oat Cluster variety.
Maybe I am just reading the huggies deal wrong but I dont see how this one works. Wouldn’t you have to buy 2 wipes to use the 1 target wipe coupon and 1 target diaper and wipe coupon. Wouldn’t you have to use 3 of the 3/1 Huggies diapers. Then wouldn’t the final price be 19.36 (1.39 for the wipes and 5.99 for each of the diapers.
Thanks
I think that the deal was supposed to be buy ONE Huggies diapers and one Huggies wipes, based on what the final price was.
The diaper/wipe coupon is a target coupon and the wipe coupon is a manufacturer coupon and the diaper coupon is a manufacturer coupon so the original deal would work..
Buy one pack of diapers and one pack of wipes..
use one MANUFACTURER wipes coupon for $1 off
use one MANUFACTURER diaper couon for $3 off
use one TARGET wipes/diaper coupon for $3.50 off
Stacey, That’s what I’m seeing as well. Which may or may not be a good deal for the diapers. I use Up and Up which may have more diapers than the huggies little movers (snug and dry coupon specifies 60ct) So I think it’s an OK deal if you need diapers but at $6.50 for the every day price on Up and Up I may just stick with them since I am stocked on wipes (which would justify doing this deal if I needed them.)
The deal idea is fixed :)
Target in Eden Prairie had Up & UP diapers for 12.99. Didn’t see it listed in the ad but they were on sale there.
I went to Target today & could not find the venus razors on sale anywhere. I’m in Lino Lakes. This deal has been around for a while & still not seeing them. Also no olay single bars. Looked in the travel section too.
Monticello Target has the Olay single bars in travel section and the coupon does not beep.
I couldn’t find any clearance razors in Roseville or Fridley. Bummer.
Hi Carrie –
Those deals of unknown duration are usually in the weekly ad on Target’s website. For some reason, that weekly ad is always a couple of pages longer than the one in the paper, and seems to have extra deals available at the SuperTargets.
I’ve also heard reports that Hamburger Helper in the SuperTargets have extra peelie coupons on them good for $1 off when you buy a box, plus a Green Giant vegetable and a pound of the $1.49 ground chuck this week. With all the printable coupons that go along with those items, you can get all three for less than $2. What a great, cheap dinner!
HTH –
Jenn
I like all of the deals on one page. Thanks Carrie.
there is a typo re Fiber One> it is not $42.50, rather $2.50.
Just got back from Target..3 packs of Huggies @ 8.99, 3 packs of Huggies Thick and Clean wipe refills (184 count, these were shelf priced at 2.98, but rang up at 5.99 so had them do a check and sure enough the shelf said 2.98) Used 3 $1.00 manufactured wipe coupons, 3 $3.00 manufactured diaper coupons, 3 $3.50 Target issued coupons for a total oop $10.86.
Michele, which Target location had the wipes priced at $2.98?
Keep an eye on the toy aisle. I’ve found some great pre-school games clearanced. I picked up Cootie and Don’t Break the Ice for $1.98 each and Hi-Hi Cherrio for $5.
The $3.50 off huggies wipes and diapers is target issued so I am pretty sure you can stack mfg coupons for the diapers and one for the wipes on top of it. At least I am going to try :)
Worked for me too and since you’re using one manufacturer coupon for each product and a Target web coupon for both it follows all the rules.
That is what I did and it worked out just fine!
Wow Michele, your deal was awesome! I personally don’t like Huggie Diapers, but any type of wipe for that cheap would be worth it!
Carrie,
I noticed hamburger is 1.49/lb in fresh one pound 80/20 packages (no limit). I’m planning on stocking up as I’m getting low on my browned ground beef packs in the freezer.
We cleaned out AV last night (only 15 in the bin) as we were using our 10% reward too. They also had romaine leaves & baby greens (clamshell) for 99cents.
Thanks for the heads up, Kim! I’ll probably stock up on meat this week, too.
Can you print more than one of the BOGO Sobe coupons from one computer? And what about the Target coupons for 50 cents off, can I print more than one from one computer?
Yes, you can print 2 per computer.

Thanks for the help!
I did my very FIRST coupon run with these deals. I had to get a few non-coupon items, but was still extremely happy with the results! I spent $48.13 but SAVED $49.02!!! I know that most of you ladies would get even better deals (or pass up on ones that I loved), but I was just so happy to see my total start at 97.15 and whittle all the way down to $48.13 as the coupons kept scanning. I love it!!!
Also, I went to the Super Target in Champlin. The Shout bottles each had 55cent coupon peelies on them, so along with the $1 off coupons off Target they ended up being 42 cents!
I think you should be very proud of your shopping trip. Way to go!!!!!
Thank you! I’m proud of it, especially for my first try. :)
The GE lightbulb printable coupons are out.
There’s a target coupon for $.75 off Fiber One Shredded Wheat cereal that can be used with Fiber One manufacture coupon listed above. And a Fiber One yogurt multi-pack coupon for target for $0.50 off.
Nevermind the FiberOne Target coupons, when I print them off, they say manufacturer’s coupon, not target. Darn.
Thanks Kim,
I have a small in home childcare where I furnish everything, so anytime I can save on supplies it is a great day!!! Huggies are not my favorite, but a good deal is a good deal!!!
The buy 10 smart ones get a $5 gift card deal was advertised in the weeks circular!
What I don’t like about Target – is that usually one or more of my couopons get kicked out, and I find it hard to read the receipt, to determine which ones didn’t go through. The cashiers also typically go really fast, and don’t watch for this. This weekend, I was watching the monitor, and when one of the coupons scanned $0.00 I asked her if it took the coupon. The cashier assured me it had gone through, that sometimes it just shows up zeros. However, when I looked at my receipt, it said that I had saved $20.11, when I know that the value of the coupons I handed over was $23.50, so I know that one or more did not work. I think this usually happens when the value of the coupon is higher than the retail price ($1.00 off Reach, when the price is $.97)
Ideally they should change the value of the coupon to $.97, but if not that, at least tell me, and give me my coupon back, so I can decide whether or not I still want to make the purchase.
CVS prices are somewhat higher, and you may not want to deal with the ECBs in order to get the optimal prices, however; I’ve found that their cashiers always ensure that your coupons have registered, and if they don’t – they tell you right then and there.
I had some of the same trouble at Target and then I read on PYD to look for the teenage cashiers. They seem to be more ok about taking coupons without an attitude. I have had them ask if I got a particular item (usually the .97 and the coupon is a dollar), and when I say yes or they look back at the receipt they just key in the value. It has been much better shopping at Target.
Just a thank you for my PYD ‘coupon eduation’. Today at Target I had a manufacture coupon and a target coupon for each item I purchased. Everything was fine till the last item. The cashier told me she could only use the target coupon as the item was on clearance and I was already getting a good deal. (Yes, those were her words.) I asked her to call a manager, who told her it was fine to use both coupons, so she huffed and scanned my other coupon (which went through fine). I wouldn’t have stood my ground if I didn’t have the knowledge from reading PYD!
Whoops! my ‘coupon eduation’ is obviously better than my regular EDUCATION! I can’t type today!
My screen comes up black when I hit the link for the Armor All MIR form. Anyone else having this prob???
AJ – Do you have a PDF reader on your computer like Foxit Reader or Adobe Acrobat? When you click on the link, it should automatically open in one of those programs.
I found Pantene on clearance for $1.88 ea. They were located on an end cap by the pharmacy. I had a $2/2 coupon that I got with my free sample so I paid .88 cents for each. I know a lot of you get your shampoos/conditioners for free but I thought this was a really good deal. I hardly ever get Pantene for less then $1 so I was happy.
My shout stain remover also came with a .55 peelie.
On the Right @ Home site they just posted a 75 cent off coupon for any Shout product that makes the Shout stain remover another 20 cents off then the 55 cent coupon
All of a sudden today I can’t print any coupons. I tried coupons.com & also tried to print the coupon for the lindsey olives at walgreens. I waited almost a half hour & finally gave it up. What would make this happen all of a sudden?
I had that problem yesterday, too. Very frustrating.
I just got an email from right@home & could not get those to print either. It’s acting like it’s not sending to printer.Anyone know what i can do?
Hi PYD readers! I wanted to share with you that TomTom’s in Champlin are on clearance for 75% off! I picked up one for my dad for father’s day & his birthday for $62!! There were quite a few when I picked mine up (Tuesday night at 8:00). I would say about 20.
I also picked up an HP laserjet printer for $25!! I have been eyeing laserjets since I started following PYD about 6 months ago I hear their printing is much more efficient than deskjets. Here’s to saving on my printer ink!
Thank you all for making this a great site to follow and LOVE!
Jessica – Thanks so much for the tip! My husband and I have been wanting to get a TomTom for a while and have been waiting for a good deal. We talked about it last night, and I’m going to go to Target this morning to see if there are any left.
Aldi has produce on sale this week, so if you take the ad in Target will match prices… just go to the service desk. Tomatoes: .99, Bananas: .39, Avocados: .39, Pineapple: 1.49, Strawberries: 1.19. This worked for me last time avocados were on sale. I’m grateful to not have to go to Aldi!
If I forgot to use a coupon on a purchase will they honor it if I bring it and my receipt back? What about if I have a coupon and realize after the purchase that it didn’t work. What do you all do? Just count it as a loss, or go back and ask that they credit you?!?
If you forgot to use a coupon, just bring the receipt and the coupon to the guest service desk and they will fix it…usually they give you cash back. I’ve done this several times and had no problem. As far as the coupon not working after the transaction, this happened once and I went back to the cashier (after going out to my car and looking at the receipt) asked for the coupons back and went to the guest service desk where the issue was fixed. But if this happened a few days ago, not sure how you can get that coupon back unless you found a copy of the coupon, brought it to the guest service desk and had them apply it there. Hope this helps!
Oh, I hope this works. I did the Fiber One and Pull-ups deals earlier this week and realized today that I forgot to give them the almost $10 in coupons I have! Another one to chalk up to mommy brain. Wouldn’t it be nice if all the cashiers automatically asked if you had coupons?
HI there,
I’m having a hard time getting coupons to print from coupon.com. Any advice?? Also the SOBE link is giving me a hard time. Anyone else?
Tamikay – Which internet browser are you using?
I have no idea?? I’m fairly computer illiterate. Where do I find which browser I’m using?
Tami, when you are in your browser, click on the Help menu, then “About”. It will tell you which browser/version you are using.
I noticed that the SOBE coupons printed from the Target website say, “Limit one identical offer per transaction”. Does that mean I can only use one of these in a single transaction? That would be a bummer.
Melissa, I was able to use 8 of the Target Sobe coupons in one transaction.
Thanks for asking this Melissa – I was wondering the same thing! And thanks to Erika for the response! I’m going to try this one tomorrow! I’ve used the bogo sobe coupons at cub the last couple weeks but 10 $0.50 cpns from target & the $5 gift card would still make them free. THANKS ladies!
I tried using the combination of five BOGO manufacturer coupons and ten fifty-cents off Target coupons on Sobe last night, and they wouldn’t let me. The cashier said that since the coupon states that only one identical offer per transaction is allowed, I couldn’t use more than one of the Target coupons for my purchase.
I went to target in Wdby today and used 5 Target Sobe coupons and 5 bogo Sobe coupons – no problem (used a younger male cashier who patiently scanned in all my coupons). Although the Sobe was pretty much picked over – lots of the two new “target exclusive” flavors: strawberry kiwi lemonade and syrah grape berry. Had 5 of each and then found some in my checkout cooler of two other flavors so switched some out. I also got the $5 gc = $2.50 money maker! hooray!
Has anyone had trouble printing the kleenex hand towel coupon? I have the target coupon but the manufacture’s one web page is not working or something.
Just wanted to let everyone know that several Olay face washes/moisturizers are included in the buy 2 P&G products get a $5 gift card. There are several Olay coupons in the 5/2 P&G insert…even though they expired 5/31 Target DOES accept expired coupons up to a month after their expiration date. My stepmom is a manager and informed me that they changed their coupon policy a few months ago and since then, I’ve used many coupons past their expiration date at numerous Target’s :-)
What I did was I bought 2 Olay face wash for $3.69 each, used 2 $2 off Olay facial cleanser coupon from 5/2 P&G insert, paid $3.38 and got a $5 Target gift card. So that is 2 free products AND a $1.42 moneymaker :-) SEVERAL other select Olay facial care and body washes are included in the gift card deal and range in prices of $3.69, $4.49, $4.69, $5.99 up to around $12 so you can get a different types of Olay products. Definently check it out! Toner is also included for $2.99. And this deal gets EVEN better! Buy $50 worth of facial products and submit for a $20 rebate through Olay’s web site.
Yesterday I bought $66 worth of Olay facial products (before coupons). I did it in 2 seperate transactions to minimize oop expenses. On the first transaction I got 4 Olay products, paid $12.74 oop after coupons, got $15 in Target gift cards back, did another transaction, got 12 different Olay products, total was $25 after coupons, used $15 in Target gift cards, paid about $10 oop and got $30 in Target gift cards back. Then I sent in for the rebate, so I will have made over $7 in target gift cards and will get a $20 rebate check :-)
Sorry that was so long!
This is awesome! I am almost out of face wash from a prior Olay deal. Thank you!
Just a question:
If you bought 4 items in your first transaction, how did you get $15 in Target gift cards? Wouldn’t it only be $10, or is there something I’m missing? I’m new to this, and I want to try and get this deal but want to make sure I don’t mess it up :)
Oops sorry, I got 6 things total — 4 things of face wash for $3.69 and 2 things of toner for $2.99.
For all 6 items, but total was $12.74 and got 3 $5 target gift cards back
Also, where can I get some of those $2/1 Olay coupons if I don’t have the 5/2 P&G insert?
I am not sure where you can find Olay coupons if you don’t have a p&g insert from 5/2…maybe key in Olay in PYD’s new coupon datebase found at the top of the page under toolbox. I would normally say look on Ebay or at the Coupon Clippers web site, but since they expired 5/31 (Even though Target does accept expired manufacturer coupons for a month or two after the expiration date) those sites may not have them listed anymore. And even if they did, I don’t know if you would get them in time for the deal :-( Not sure if this gift card promotion is just this week or if it will be extended like some of their other gift card deals. Good luck though!
Thanks, Melissa. I feel so stupid. I am using Mozilla.
Target clearanced out their 2 pack of Dove Ultimate Go Fresh $2.50, I looked in your new coupon database and found a printable for $2/1. Awesome, thanks!
I found at Target a 3 pack of ChapStick on clearance for $1.48. There was a peelie for $1 off.
I was at the target in Bloomington (494 & Penn) tonight and they had Gold’n Plump boneless skinless split chicken breasts on price cut to $1.99. Used $1 coupons from when the boy scouts came for a food drive and got them for $.99! So glad I thought the price was too high at Cub and saved the coupons! Lots of grocery was on clearance…perhaps because of their recent remodel? All the endcaps in the grocery section were full of clearance and the aisles had a lot too.
I’m certain this is addressed somewhere but does anyone know, off the top of their head,
if Target takes recently expired coupons (less than a month)?
Deb, I used a expired coupon for olay last night at target in rogers and they took it no problem. I believe it expired the last week of may.
I called corporate this morning regarding coupons that expired on the 31st. Spoke with Debbie and she said if they scan they will still take them. She noted the policy says no, but also knows that other stores will accept them. If the store had questions I was to tell them that I had called corporate and they said as long as they scan they will take them since they expired so recently.
The first time I printed the Sobe BOGO coupons it limited me to 2 coupons that day…tried it again today and it let me print 2 more, so possibly it’s 2 a day, which is nice. My Targets have let me use more than one coupon, so I guess it varies from Target to Target or the particular sales associate.
the Sobe coupon reset today – hooray!
I noticed my target had signs up saying they matched any competitor’s current ad prices (except target.com) – has anyone else noticed these signs or has target always done price matching? The signage was near customer service.
Yes they do price matching! :-)
The only thing that kinda sucks if you have to bring the item and the ad to the customer service desk since they can’t do it in the check out lanes like Walmart. Also, it can’t be for a coupon item (like what is found in the Walgreens ad like $5.99 when you use this coupon, etc.) and needs to have an actual price, not something like 25% off all Febreeze items.
The Huggies diapers deal (Little Snugglers/Movers) with the wipes will work next week also. And you CAN use the Manufacturer’s coupon for the wipes on target.com with the other two coupons from their site. The total is $7.48 + tax.
Also, Huggies Little Swimmers, with the $1.50 from Target and the $1.50 from coupons.com makes it $3.99 for swim diapers, if anyone needs them!
I took your advise and ad matched some Aldi fruits on sale this week in their ad (starting 6/6). Got the blueberries for $1.39 (instead of the $4.99 Target price) and the 2 # of grapes (in the clamshell) for $1.49 (instead of the $4.99 Target price). Thanks for the ad match tip from Aldis. It’s more convenient to shop at a SuperTarget for me, so this really helps!!
Awesome, thanks for sharing!
Just wanted you to know that I tried the olay deal at Target and was disappointed in the way the cashier treated me. She would not let me use coupons because then she said I was getting the products for less the free. And I replied that is correct if you take into account the $5 gift card and she would not let me use the coupons. I did not purchase the products. I remained friendly and was just very disappointed because I did nothing wrong, just a smart shopper:)
That sucks you had a bad experience! I would DEFINENTLY call the store manager. I had an experience like this last Tuesday, called the manager and she said if I came in, she would personally ring me up. You could give it a try and see if the manager would still let you do the deal…
It is a hit or miss with Target cashiers…I guess with any store’s cashiers…but I feel like I have the most bad experiences at Target. For a while I stopped going to my local Target because I had so many bad experiences, so I drove 20 minutes out of my way to get a better experience. Some Some cashiers just think they need to be the coupon police even though you are completely using the coupons correctly.
