Get free samples of Procter & Gamble products through their P&G Everyday Solutions program. There are always a variety of P&G brands to choose from, whether Pantene, Tide, Pampers, Olay, Head & Shoulders, Febreze or others. Choose wisely though, because you are limited to one sample each 180 days. In times past I’ve mentioned specific samples P&G Everyday Solutions has available, but some folks were inevitably confused about why they were being told they’d already requested a sample, when they hadn’t. Now you understand that there is a program-wide limit of two samples per year.
Personally, I love P&G free samples because, in my experience, they almost always come with some high-value coupons. They are usually higher-value than what we get in the paper and work well alongside the once-per-month “Buy $xx of P&G products, get $xx money off your next order” promotions many stores often have during the week after a Procter & Gamble coupon insert comes out in the paper.
You will want to use your second email address (the one you create just for online deals) when you sign up for P&G Everyday Solutions, as they’ll send you products updates, notification when they release new samples, and occasional coupons.
If you’re like me and not willing to keep track of the last date you requested a sample, that’s okay. P&G Everyday Solutions does that for you and you won’t be allowed to request more frequently than the program rules state.
Your turn: Which sample did you get just now?

Do they limit how many coupons you can order or just samples?
