Here are the latest deals available for our readers in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. For previously mentioned Twin Cities area deals (many of which are still available), click on “Local deals” under “Deals & Freebies” above.
American Cancer Society Thrift Store. A new American Cancer Society thrift store recently opened in Brooklyn Park. They are open for about a week each month through August. The next upcoming sale date is April 22-26. For more information, check out this article on KARE 11.
Caribou Coffee. When a Twins pitcher saves a game, you can save at Caribou the next day by printing a coupon for the “save of the day.” The deal on April 18 was a $1 medium coffee. Not bad!
Hennepin County Recycling Centers. Hennepin County (and possibly other Twin Cities area counties, too) has free product centers located inside their drop-off facilities that feature still usable products that were previously dropped off by residents. The products are screened for quality and then made available for reuse. Examples of available products include oil-based paints and stains, automotive products, and more.
Punch Pizza Northeast. Bring your Minneapolis-St. Paul International Film Festival ticket stub to Punch Pizza Northeast to receive a free Margerita or Napoli pizza or $5.95 off any pizza of your choice. Limit one per person, Northeast location only.
Your turn: Have you ever picked up any free products from recycling centers? If so, what were you able to get for free?

Our church usually gets free paint from the recycle center to the paint back drops and sets for our Vacation Bible School.
At the Caribou near me, on Mondays you can get a Tea Latte Infusion for $2! LOVE it, makes Mondays a bit more bearable :)
I got a pretty nice pair of speakers when I was dropping off some frozen paint. Nice trade!
