First of all, Laura and I want to thank everyone who attended the Meet & Greet Tuesday night. We were overwhelmed by the number of people that wanted to attend, the enthusiasm of everyone there, and the huge amount of nonperishable food items that were donated. We hope that you all enjoyed the event and the goodies in your swag bags. When TJ Maxx and Marshall’s heard about the Meet & Greet they generously gave Laura and I some gift cards we used toward new duds. Carrie got a David Brooks top, Liz Claiborne slacks and Laura got a Carole Little tank top (in such a cute print!) and Bette Paige cropped sweater. All four pieces cost less than $75, but made us look like a million. They also gave two $25 gift cards as door prizes for Meet & Greet guests. Good news though, their generosity does not stop there.

Easy! Big, bold, bright jewelry…maybe a cute bag in a pretty color…a great pair of shoes…and maybe a new camisole or shell in an eye-catching color.

I pair things with funky jewelry to give it a fresh look! I love that inexpensive jewelry can do so much.
I love clearance finds coupled with coupons and I’m with the other ladies about accessories. I got a cute floral pair of ballet flats at Target that updates my t-shirt and jeans look. Add a cute scarf or awesome necklace and you’re good to go.
I spruce up my wardrobe by buying items on clearance at the end of the season.
When I go shopping for clothes, I always go to the clearance rack first. I’ve gotten some great buys on designer clothes, sometimes paying less than 10% of the original price (which, let’s face it, is about all I can afford).
If you can’t afford the latest passing fad, stick to the classics. To jazz it up, add a trendy accessory, or paint your nails a bright, funky color.
