EXTENDED: Free Photo Book: New Picaboo Customers (Pay $8.99 Shipping)

This deal has expired and may no longer be valid.

Update: Jessica just sent me this email, “I tried to upload and order my free book tonight [March 31] and the book wouldn’t upload.  I contacted Picaboo and was told that there is a lot of traffic on their system tonight so the AFFGLB (free book) code is extended until tomorrow [April 1] at midnight.”

A free photo book is available to new Picaboo customers when they use the code AFFLGB at checkout. Code expires March 31, 2010 at 11:59 pm on April 1, 2010 and shipping is $8.99. Books retail for as much as $39.99 and 99% of free photo book deals require you to pay shipping, so this is a stellar deal.

Here’s how it works:

— You visit this Picaboo page

— Enter your email address to get the code (which is AFFLGB)

— Download Picaboo’s free photo book-making software

— Make a book

— Checkout using the promotional code and get it free, except shipping

If you have a need for a handful of photo books, thinking ahead to Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, you can buy one, get one free when you use the code BGFMAR.

By the way, I love the idea that I pictured. It is a vacation scrapbook with a few photos for each day of the trip.

Your turn: What event are you capturing in this photo book?

I did this photo book last night. I actually had 26 pages, so had to pay extra as the free book only gave you 20 pages. And Ironically, the 6 extra pages cost $8.00. I did not know that until I checked out. Still a great deal and super easy to do the book and many options.
    Thanks

Just placed my order this morning. Made a really nice book for my father in law for Father’s Day. It’s a large leather bound book with 20 pages. WOW!! What a deal. I only paid $8.99 for the entire book to be shipped to me. Thanks for such a great offer! Saving $40 is HUGE!

I did my book when the deal was first posted (about 2 weeks ago) and already received my book. It is GREAT. Highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t ordered their’s yet.

Thank you! We came back from spring break skiing on Friday & I’d planned to make a book (somewhere). I’m not a good scrapbooker & hate to leave pics on the pc forever or print them & leave them about. These books are great ways to capture a family trip or year & have it ready to share!

Is the BOGO code also expiring tonight?

  7. Karna says:

I tried this offer when you first told us about it and when I designed my book at checkout the deal was buy the first book for $39.99 and get the 2nd book for free. I see from other posts I must have been doing something wrong, because I never did place my order. Even after I had designed an entire book to order. Too bad for me.

Karna – Email or call Picaboo’s customer service. I bet they’ll be able to see the date on which you created everything and maybe they’ll retroact the code to honor it since you are a new customer and made a mistake. It doesn’t hurt to try.
