Mmmm…snacks are my favorite part of the day! I love the Larabars and just found a couple of recipes to try to make my own. I often keep dried fruit or vegetables on hand (dried okra is one of my favorites). I just recently made a batch of sugar free banana walnut cookies (sweetened with dates). Carrots and hummus. Celery with chunky peanut butter. Chips and salsa. So many possible combinations…
