Mine had a submit button, but then it cleared my form. It happened twice before I gave up. I would like to give this away as a birthday gift if I could get it.

When I click on the link for the free manicure set it takes me to a website for bras and panties. The other link to buy their products works, but where is the info to select the free product or are they gone?
